Was not stocked with razors or items you may need if you forgot yours

Our room keys stopped working but they fixed them easy enough. The cleaning staff was helpful and respectful when the keys weren't working. The pool is warm and hot tub much warmer. The beds are narrow since they are doubles but were long enough for a 6"3 adult. It is an older hotel but overall things seemed clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fairly simple but still plenty of options.

We love this hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, the pool is amazing, warm and clean! Rooms are also clean and beds are comfortable. Always our choice when in West Branch.

The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. This is an older hotel so the furnishings are worn and decor is dated. The beds were not so great comfort wise but it was clean. Bathroom was small with limited vanity space around the sink. My kids had a great time at the indoor pool.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Wish the rooms We’re quieter but they are very clean it’s the nicest super 8 I’ve ever stayed at.

The new owners have done a great job of beginning the renovation of the property. I can’t wait to stay there again next year when they have the renovations completed. It was a great place to stay for the 2 nights we were there.

Everything that was in the hotel's control was wonderful. We had issues with someone playing their base really loud outside our window every time he went out to smoke. The front desk staff were great especially Alonso.

Main complaint room slightly smelly. The mattress had an odor. My thought is they rotate the mattresses so the head of the mattress was actually the foot of the mattress. I brought a blanket in my own pillow to cover the mattress and sleep on my own pillow but still there was an odor that of feet. I would recommend replacing the mattresses blankets and carpeting to refresh the room and odor.

We booked a last minute room during travel time because the weather turned bad. When we got there our room hadn't been cleaned so we were upgraded free to a business king and the room was surprisingly really nice! It was very large with two beds, a sofa and a reclining chair! Everything in the room was very nice and clean. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful as well. By the look of the lobby at check in I was a little nervous but it turned out to be a great stay!
