It was a really cozy New Year's Eve. Absolutely loved the calming and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. They do great breakfast as well. Loved it! Highly recommend it to people looking for a cozy getaway in a nice neighborhood.

Amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were superb we spent time in the jacuzzi, pool and gym. The room was also amazing. A great stay here

Really disappointing! King bed in a tiny room with a very, very small window and a fan that wasn’t much good on one of the hottest weekends of August. Small uncomfortable pillows, ‘bath’ towels that barely went round me (I’m a size 14!) Only one tube of shower/shampoo gel each. No conditioner or body lotion. One pack of biscuits and only four tea bags. No hot chocolate or herbal teas on hospitality tray. Yes, I could have rung reception, but these things should have been there. Surprised that the bar closed at 11pm, even for residents. Very poor continental breakfast (I don’t eat cooked breakfast) - no plain yoghurt, no fruit salad, no cheese or ham. Poor selection of boxed cereals. Certainly not value for money. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels that lived up to this status for the same price, or even less.

No blind on the bathroom window which looked out onto the street so when the light was on it was like a clear window . Someone walked around until 3 in the morning

Hotel was in a great spot for the town centre. Leisure facilities were nice. Bar was nice and the breakfast was good too.

Excellent stay, enjoyed the pool and sauna and a great sunday lunch. Comfy bed and had a great sleep.

This must be one of the WORST experiences I’ve had. Arrived in January to no heating in the room. Question reception and was told it was on a timer ! Who’s choosing that heating shouldn’t be on in a room when guests arrive!!?? I was told that heating was on in other rooms but as they were full they count move me! I was offered a portable heater which was ok. Adequate. However the bathroom was so cold it was like walking into a refrigerated room - better as an extra cold storage for the kitchen than a bathroom! When you turn the the lights on the fan also comes in so draws a residual heat from the tiny radiator (that was on) out. However that was also on a timer and so the bathroom remained like a fridge. I had to put towels in the floor because it was tiled and so cold and shower in the dark because that was the only way to at least retain some warmth from the hot water. This is absolutely crazy and unacceptable to not allow the guest to have control of the heating - if you have a timer it should be going off from check out time to check in - but then I still feel sorry for any guest that are there longer than overnight. The front desk and restaurant people were sympathetic but this overshadowed the whole stay. Shame because the room was good otherwise and the food in restaurant was lovely. Note - I have reviewed this on the hotels own website which asked if I would like a call back - I put yes but haven’t heard anything for over a week?

Excellent stay. We only have good things to say! Request for one of their quietest rooms was granted, brilliant customer service on arrival, just a great stay!
