路易斯威爾博覽會機場紅屋頂客棧(Red Roof Inn Louisville Expo Airport)

I like the hotel a lot. It was clean and inside was nice. The desk people were not very useful at all. The only bad thing about the room was there was no trash can and there was no bathtub drain stopper. I went to the service desk and they never found us one. Also they need to check out some of the hotel guest.

I have stayed here a bunch and never had a problem until recently. It used to be the cleanest place you could get for the money, but the last 2 times I have stayed this week in 2 different rooms, I have found roaches. I don't do bugs. I won't be coming back.

It was very hot the day we checked in. The air conditioning could not cool the room down. The bed had what felt like 2" foam over bed springs you could feel underneath. The front desk said they could not change to another room as they were all booked for the night. My suspicion was that because we booked through **********, the hotel got less money for the room and didn't care much for us.

Stayed 6 days for a basketball tournament, there were used needles in the outside trashcans junkies fighting in the parking lot. Sits between 2 abandoned hotels homeless beggars on both corners of the street. Airplanes landing throughout the night. The last 2 days the cable didn’t work. I was with my teen daughter who couldn’t walk to the car without being cat called by the numerous construction workers sitting in there trucks through the day. Bathroom had someone else’s hair all over the tub and old water bottles along the back side of the beds.

Cansele mi reservación y no e recibido mi reembolso mi reservación era el día 7 y la cansele porque mi vuelo se atraso y no pude llegar pero vobhable directamente al hotel y cansele mi reservación y ya tiene 8 días y no e resubido mi reembolso

Pagamos el cuarto y no nos quedamos a dormir esta horrible esta fea la inseguridad lo siento una noche antes rentamos en otro hotel de la misma compañía y nos soñaron la puerta como 3 de la mañana sorryyyyyyy

we checked into or rooms, bed were burned with ciggarets and bed bugs were living in the headboard. crawling over my son. at midnight he was waken up by the bed buds. fingernails were under the sheets. i will never stay at a red roof inn agian.

The door woulsnt shut without slamming it. There was a mouse in our room. The bed had a crease at the bottom of the mattress. Pillow cases were dirty.

Needle wrapping on bathroom floor, tub had things in it. Not clean. Beds were hard. Overall only in room 10 hours for sleep on the way home
