Wingate by Wyndham Louisville Fair and Expo

Me and my boyfriend stop by this hotel for one night, cleanliness It was not very clean, there were stains on the sheets, breakfast was alright, not a large selection of dishes, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean and nice

Clean place, nice staff, breakfast was all Sam's Club food, as well as the vending machine, but it was good. Super nice staff, only downside was no indoor pool, outdoor only, so it was closed. Location was kind of off the beaten path through a little bit of a slightly sketchy neighborhood, but no problems were experienced. All in all, a nice stay for the price.

Excelente! Nuevo, mucho muy amplio, personal muy amable, solo un poco incomodo la llegada y que los interruptores de luz o energia de la pared no encienden las luces, hay que ecender lampara por lampara, es solo un detalle, el resto excelente.

L'emplacement; très bien situé, près de tout. La propreté; impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel; professionnel et e aimanle.

The room was not cleaned from the previous guests. No bedding, dirty floors, etc. The woman at the front desk didn't answer the phone and kept hanging up on me when I tried to call to let them know. When I first arrived, she also did not tell me any info about my stay, like the checkout time, wifi password, breakfast hours and location, or where the elevators were. We were also given the wrong wifi password when I did ask for it. In the new room, the one pillow had a VERY wrinkly pillowcase that made me feel as though it had been used before. The rest of the pillowcases were not wrinkled.
