賓州東北哈里斯堡赫爾希麗笙鄉村套房酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg Northeast - Hershey)

Las habitacion estaba cómoda, limpia y tenía los artículos necesarios para una estadía cómoda, el área de la piscina muy buena solo que el olor a cloro es muy perceptible, si embargo disfrute mi estadía ahí.

Perfect location! There is a Sheetz in the parking lot as well. Very clean, beds were comfortable, great breakfast, and nice staff at the front desk.

We reserved a room with a jacuzzi and fireplace. Upon arrival, we saw that the fireplace was not working. While we went out for dinner, a staff person said they would fix it. When we returned, the staff person said he could not fix it, but that there was another room with a fireplace and jacuzzi that we could move to. We packed up all our belongings to move to the other room, only to find it was already occupied and staff had given us keys to an occupied room! We returned to our room and unpacked again. We were disappointed we paid for an amenity that did not work. The next day the manager offered for us to have that same occupied room once those guests left, but since we had already gone through the work to pack all of our belongings once, we did not move.

Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Nice amenities and free breakfast. Very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Night desk attendant was wonderful. Professional and light hearted. Hard working!!! And did the cleanup with a smile!

Easy to get to and pool area was clean, hotels definitely need child safety locks on cupboards for the refrigerators tho lol

Love the property, stayed for a night with my family. Everything was great, sheetz gas station close for a quick bite to eat and drinks, only thing that wasn’t great was no tv do to the hotel having direct tv and their being inclement weather. Tough to keep the kids busy with no tv.

The hotel was nice, pretty much what was expected for the price range, and had obviously been updated fairly recent. Its wasn't a 5star hotel but the suites were very nice as we had a 4 night stay. The pool, gym, and other area's were smaller than the pictures made them seem. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had and it was nice having hot coffee 24/7 as well as a Sheetz sharing the parking lot with the hotel. The staff was great, housekeeping was great, and I'll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Hersey. My only complaint would be that I reserved 2 suites thinking they had the jacuzzi tubs and they didn't. Apparently the listings don't differentiate between the ones with and the ones without. I heard another lady there with the same complaint. I dont know that I'd had paid the extra cost for the jacuzzi but it would have been nice to see that difference before booking as for both suites it just said single king nothing about whether it had the jacuzzi or not. Other than that it was great.

I had a great experience the first time and the second was even better at checking the young man was polite, friendly, and accommodating always with a big smile.
