I stayed for four nights in two rooms: Delilah and Rose. Delilah is an older room upstairs, very comfortable, love the wall colour. Rose is a small piece of luxury (the bathtub!!) and it has a kitchenette. The lounge/dining room and hallway are furnished with antiques, helping to create a charming atmosphere. Photos are on the Dragonfly website. The concept is a lot like Air BnB in that you let yourself in and find your own room. The system is simple and works well. There's carparking onsite, also easy. You can meet other guests over breakfast, at 6pm in the loungeroom area, or simply as you come and go in the hallway or out the front. Otherwise, I was completely unaware of anyone else - perhaps Dragonfly attracts quiet respectful people! Also I felt very safe, important on a solo trip. The service level is excellent, actually better than at many places where there are staff on-site. You simply send a text message if you have a question/need anything and the response is quick and professional. I also met a couple of the team on-site, both friendly and helpful. They encourage people to book direct with them and it's worthwhile. Thank you. Loved it. Would definitely stay again. [P.S. Small tip: If you need a wardrobe, Rosie is probably not the right room for you as there are only hooks on the wall. Delilah has plenty of cupboard space.].
