Terrible. No microwave,fridge. Roaches were prevalent. The ice machine and vending were out. No coffeemaker. This room had literally nothing. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in.

I stayed in room 219 there was roaches the mini fridge didn't work the head board fell almost knocked my boyfriend out this is the first time I have had a complaint they can do better

rooms have been updated and are nice though very sp****. there were dead bugs on the ground that needed to be swept up. and we had some noisy neighbors but the staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of it quickly. for the price, it was a very nice place to stay. would recommend and will continue to utilize it

The room was overall clean but we killed over 4 roaches. No remote for the tv had to go to the front desk and had to program ourselves

This property does not look like whats on the website Roaches was coming from every where

only stayed one night because there were COCKROACHES ! Desk clerk told me that they knew about the problem - received the refund the rest of the stay that was planned, would like a refund for the 1 night we did stay also

The room said it can with a refrigerator and microwave well it did not!! We had roaches in our room!!!! There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. There was no hair dryer and we asked if they had any at the front office and they said the manager did not want to supply them even though it says on the website that they have all of these products. The people next door to us kept banging on the walls all night long and the phone system did not work so we could not call anybody The bath tip had no bath mat and it was very slippery!!!!

The shower didn’t work and the room was not clean. There were kids outside making noise half the night. I can’t believe this property is so bad.

The property is very clean and neat if a little dated. The staff has been friendly at every visit which makes for an enjoyable experience.
