Southland Casino Hotel

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, ständig war irgendjemand man Saubermachen beschäftigt. Parkmöglichkeiten waren sagenhaft wie auch die Nähe zu Stadt und Strand.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, the hotel was one of the best ****** hotels we have stayed at. We really liked the fact that the nonsmoking section was right underneath the hotel. There for no smoke smell at all. The buffet was great, you even get a free alcohol drink with your dinner. On special days it is only $15 per person.

Loved it! Big room , bright , well lit hallways. I felt very comfortable the whole time. We will return when we can.

The property was extremely clean. All employees very respectful and friendly. A drivers license is required to enter the property plus walking through a metal detector. The non-smoking ****** area was amazing. There was a good selection of slots and were pretty good to pay. We bought food from The Fry House twice. Both the chicken strips and pound of shrimp were very good. Two people could share the meal easily. Getting an Uber to Southland from the Memphis airport was not a problem. Getting an Uber out of the area of West Memphis Arkansas was non-existent. We used Let’s Go Transportation to go from West Memphis AR. To Graceland costing $55. The driver was friendly.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are modern and has beautiful decor. However, I felt like the customer service of the some staff was less than stellar. I didn't feel like I was greeted with welcoming energy upon check- in. Front desk staff wasn't rude but weren't friendly either. After being in the room a bit I decided to lay down because my travel was filled with delayed flight and I had been awake for over 36 hours. I noticed that there were some stains on the sheets. I called the front desk only to get a busy signal several times. I then went down to the front desk to ask that someone please be sent to the room to change the sheets. I even showed pictures of the sheets. The person at the front desk did call housekeeping in my presence. However, she never apologized for the inconvenience she just said someone will come and change them. No one ever showed up that evening and ended up removing the sheets myself and tossing them in the corner. The following day because my boyfriend and I were so exhausted we put the DND sign on the door and then a note was slipped under our door telling us if we wanted the room cleaned to call the front desk. I went to the front desk after not getting an answer on the phone. I asked that someone clean the room. The sheets were changed and we got new towels however, the room was not trashed out and we had food trash from the night before that was just left there in the trash for yet another night. I was disappointed in the customer service

They were extremely rude and dishonest. They explained I could get a refund with the confirmation number They’re going to email to me. Then later explain that this was in fact, untrue. They claim to not see any reservations under the name Fitzpatrick at first. They were not at all friendly and very unprofessional. Didn’t even explain how to get up to the room or its location.

Friendly and informative staff. Dated but nice. Nice rainfall shower. Parking easy and close outside door, since slow weekday and off season. Nothing really around facility but were just traveling through so okay.

Valet was fabulous,but check in lady was very rude i thought when i was asking questions!!!! Then when she seen we booked through a third party that's when the attitude started, our beds were very good ,carpet had burns or burnt,the bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't even attached all the was itwas hanging thought it was going to fall off !!!! Sink was not draining, and looked like on the ledge a bug was dead wasnt cleaned the ledge that is on the floor!!! I asked if we had a handicape room she didn't respond also about a late check out because of my husband being handicape and here response was only a certain card status, when i tried to explain why she wouldn't even respond!!! Honestly wasn't worth what i paid because we went through a third party pretty sad!!!!
