Well maintained, clean and have hot breakfast.

We stayed for 8 days, over all good experience. Had trouble getting towels and we were emptying our own trash have the time. I think they need to work on there house keeping staff. Over all good experience.

Great location to West Monroe area. Eateries, fuel, and access to I20 are nearby.

I found a bed bug in my bed. I took pictures and even a video. When I reported it to the front desk she told me she’d have to contact the manager and pest control before she could give me anything. I let her know I wasn’t asking for anything I was just reporting the bugs. No idea if they ever did anything about it. I was not contacted by management for the pictures or more information. Very disappointing.

Don't stay The desk clerk called me at 10pm wanting to give my room away. I told him I was coming. We where 30 minutes away. He ten called again wanting to run my card before I got there. My card was stolen since I booked. He said if I didn't give a new card he would give my room away. I THOUGHT ONCE YOU MADE THE APPOINTMENT With A CONFIRMATION THE ROOM WAS YOURS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HARASSED! The hotel was below your standards. Does breakfast usually end at 9? I thought or think it should be 20

Room was nice, just need to upgrade beds and sofa bed. The room is suppose to sleep 5 but only wanted to give 3 towels.

When I booked the reservation, it said it had a Jacuzzi or a hot tub when we got there. The reception informed me that I’ll only had one room with a Jacuzzi and it was already taken and I felt like I should not pay $126.for something that I was told I could get that I didn’t get.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE WATER The water in the toilet looked yellowish so I thought housekeeping didn't flush it. I flushed it and the water still looked yellowish. When i went to take a bath, the tub was filled with the same nasty water as the toilet. It will not allow me to add the photos.

The hotel was OK I would probably give it a six out of 10 star the pillows weren’t very good the bed wasn’t very good it kind of smelt but it seemed really clean so plenty of parking easy access to highway
