Bed and pillows are very comfortable. My room on the 3rd floor facing the back was also quieter than I expected - except for the occasional train, which was no problem. Temperature control worked great. It was very helpful having a kitchen - though the coffee pot was a little worse for the wear. I liked the large bathroom and water temp and pressure were good. It was also especially nice have free laundry, a compact but serviceable workout room, a little shop that was easy to use to buy supplies. The staff were extremely personable and friendly. And though the property is a bit older and there are updates that could be made it was well kept and functioned. I was comfortable and relaxed for my extended stay and would book again. Great value.

The stay was great. perfect sized room, not too big but not small at all, had the perfect amount of space for 2 people. bathroom was nice and spacious. for having a sink, fridge, stove, microwave, big bathroom, and dishwasher, everything was so clean. me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again as it is in a very convenient spot.

I forgot the young lady's name at check-in but she was very courteous, personable, and professional. The process was quick and she put me on the top floor (which I was going to request anyway) which was great! The lobby smelled like chlorine but there was no pool! My room was clean (one pillowcase was dirty) and very spacious. Stephanie was also AMAZING at check-out! I look forward to going back!

Staff doesn’t care about autistic young men and serious illnesses such Cancer. Lied about not having another room with a bathtub for my family take a bath. Until I contacted ******* customer service, they were able to find a room with a tub. Called the General manager next morning asking for a late check out since we had to move our stuff by ourselves from one room to another’s he argued about loosing money with us because the original room was not rented. Nasty nasty staff.

I dislike that they only clean every 8 days if you’re doing 7 days and your towels are dirty you have to stay with that and it’s not nice at all
