Evernia酒店(Hotel Evernia)

My experience at Hotel Evernia was overwhelmingly disappointing and fell far short of expectations. From the moment of arrival, it was evident that the property was in dire need of renovations and maintenance. The exterior of the hotel looked rundown and neglected, setting a dismal tone for the rest of the stay. The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a stale and musty odor that permeated the air, indicating poor cleanliness and ventilation. The furnishings were outdated and showed signs of wear and tear, further adding to the overall sense of dilapidation. The bathroom was particularly unsanitary, with mold and mildew present in the grout lines and around the fixtures. Additionally, the water pressure was weak, and the temperature control was unreliable, making for an uncomfortable shower experience. Despite expressing my concerns to the staff, there was a lack of accountability and a dismissive attitude towards addressing the issues. Overall, my stay at Hotel Evernia was a regrettable experience, and I would strongly advise against booking accommodations at this establishment.

En la recepción llegue y no aparecía en el sistema la señora que atiende no es muy amable cuando llegas, no hay posibilidad de cancelar la reserva y obtener el relvolso, reserve una habitación con baños y cuando llegue me dieron una con baño compartido

Lugar muy tranquilo, cama suave y limpia. Tv, refrigerador, microondas, todo en un cuarto asequible. Solo pasé una noche, estuvo muy bien.

No tenia baño privado y el que estaba para compartir no tenia agua para duch**** .El pesonal no fue amable No regresaré

Location is great right in heart of the downtown entertainment area. Hotel staff great. Rooms and shared bathroom well organized and clean. I was ambivalent about a shared bathroom room before stay but it surprised me at least had a sink in my room. Toilet and shower is shared. Defintely returning

This was my third time staying at the Hotel Evernia and it is my hotel of choice when staying in West Palm Beach. It is located in the heart of the city, and within east walking distance of the Brightline and TriRail trains, local buses, a supermarket, wonderful restaurants and the Kravis Center and convention center. The Hotel is clean, safe and comfortable and represents excellent value for money. Special shout-out to April, who checked me in and could not have been friendlier!

Gets the job done, but not very clean or comfortable. Certain rooms don't even have a full bathroom. If you need somewhere to stay, great. If you want to enjoy your stay, think about it.

Didn't informed me about 75$ that I would be charged at check-in for a room key.

The room was clean. It was a good place near from attractive street in West Palm Beach and near from square and lakes so location was very good. Staff was very nice to me.
