凱藝酒店(Quality Inn)

Property not taken care of told front desk lights where out had to change lights myself breakfast not as described old out of date and no options. On checkout day they shut our keys off at like seven o’clock so we had trouble just trying to leave. Don’t recommend this place to no one

The staff people were rude and when i made a comment they told me just go to this other hotel then. I will never stay there again, nor recommend them.

The only criticism I have is that the plastic forks at breakfast were way too FLIMSY! GREAT. breakfast though.

Nice facility, but when we came back to the hotel in the evening it reeked of pot inside the lobby and in the halls. Not impressed with that.

The room was nice. The room was at the far end of the hall near the outdoor smoking area, thus making the room smell like smoke. The bathroom sinks also drained slowly

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good Front desk personnel not so friendly

Was a one-night stop travelling. Property in very good condition, quite clean, quiet. At a good price.

Staff was rude, found a vape pen under the bed, my child could have easily found first. Room smelled (probably from last person who was vaping in there...) Vending didn't work, would not allow late check out.

Unfortunately our first room we were assigned smelled terrible- as if there was a cat litter box in the room. The front desk attendant kindly agreed to switched room when I asked. The 2nd room smelled so good- amazing scent of cleaning supplies. However after being in the room for not even 5 min 3 roaches came crawling out the alarm clock. I packed my belongings and quickly went back to the front desk and asked for a full refund. Thankfully they granted a full refund!
