 Unexpected amenities, thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation my first time at this chain, it’s not like an apartment is it like a all suite Hotel. Everything was great with the stain. How do I known it is Vance everything that I had I would’ve stopped at the grocery store and bought some food first and they take dogs which was a really big plus for me you got your moneys worth I’d recommend staying here Location is right in the middle of it all.

I like staying at My Place in West Valley because it is close to transit, shops and restaurants. It is also a good central location if you are driving north or south. The staff is always nice but there are times the when the noise level has been quite annoying. This past stay there was a very loud party in a room next to me that didn't quiet down until 4 am.

The first room had a broken toilet seat (literally broken in half) and an unpleasant odor. We were moved to another room which was clean and had a fresh scent. The bed was very small, full size, not a queen as advertised and was not very comfortable. The room was a nice size overall and was nice for a quick night stop.

ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Booked for 3 nights after never staying here before. When you first walk into the lobby it smells like warm, old, floor cleaner. As I would soon find our, that was a pleasant smell to what my room smelled like. Which was a mix of unknown and mildew. No way this is healthy. As soon as I walked into my room, behold no lights! I quickly determined the breaker had tripped. I rest it and 30 minutes later it blew again. I went down to the lobby to tell the girl and she basically said, yeah there's a problem we know about, but nothing we can do for you. We don't refund and we're completely booked. I'll have a Manager reach out. That never happened. Two more nights went by same problem, by the third night, I had ENOUGH! Went back down to the front desk and was encountered by the rudest worker I have met in a long time. I explained the situation and SHE GOT HOSTILE WITH ME OVER IT!!! Can you believe that? I even mentioned the smell in my room and she implied I caused it. She even questioned me complaining the first night saying I didn't because she was there. She stated she would talk to her Mgr and call my room, I told her that I was leaving my room for a couple of hours because the power was out and it kept going out every 15 min! She stated she'd call my phone and never did. To sum it up the hotel smells god awful. The power goes out constantly. The service was TERRIBLE! I had a bad service experience there! The attitude was bad, one staff even row her eyeball when I talked to her. They even charged me 75 cleaning fee because the washable paws-print when I already paid 25 pet fee! And you would be asked to have 200 dollars deposit! Worst experience in my life. If you don't want this ruin you travel mood, avoid it!

The room was clean and comfortable. Noise from the hallway could be a little loud. Construction around the property made access a little trick and they area surrounding the hotel was muddy when we stayed

Hotel was so clean. It smelled good as soon as you walked into the lobby. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Right across the street from the Maverik Center. Nice place to stay.

Staff was unfriendly and sent me away because I was a half hour too early for check in. Room had the bare minimum, but the beds were good. Construction was going on all around and it was difficult to drive to the front entrance.

The hotel was under renovation. If you don't mind it, that is ok. The price is good and room was clean. Just it's a construction area. The service was good. Breakfast is normal not many choices.
