旅遊旺季全滿房啊，前台小姐姐看起來累的夠嗆。早餐選擇不多，畢竟免費的，也沒有太高的期望。周圍很方便。

This was our second stay at this property. This property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and activities around the Yarmouth/ Hyannis area. Sadly although our room was neat and clean, the room overall could use a refresh. The wall paper was peeling, the carpet was fraying at the edge near the tile in the entry way, the tub didn't drain and we stood in 2 in deep water every shower, plus one of the tiles in the shower was cracked.

Don’t like how before you check in your room that they have your room door open and it wasn’t just mine I saw others like that when I checked in.
At breakfast time they did not offer any because they said it was run by a third party and they never showed up. The girls at front desk last night and this morning both walk around with their music playing in their ears.

Towels are very scratchy. Poor quality. Pool area had the windows open and it was cold out. We couldn't even close them because all the handles were removed. Couldn't really enjoy the experience. Room was right near rhe bar/restaurant/lobby and was noisy late night and early morning.Also noise from bus crowds outside our windows. Was kind of disappointing for a Best Western. Will probably not stay at a Best Western again.

The bathroom sink was clogged and water would not drain and I had to call for maintenance to come unclog it. They responded quickly but these things should be checked before the guest checks in the room. The smoke detector in the room was also wrapped with paper towels which I don't understand why but we were all so tired after the unclogging of the sink episode that we didn't want to bother with that at 11 p.m.

Everything was okay, but I found the receptionist rude to us when my wife was doing check in we found it to be very unpleasant I think our stay was the first and last time we stay .

・タオル多めに用意されていて便利だった。
・大きめの棚があり、服などを収納するのに便利だった。
・(私は利用しなかったが)、ジムやプールが使えて、人によっては大きなメリットだと思う。
ーー悪かったことーー
・床の絨毯が驚くほど汚い。掃除されていないと思う。子どもが少し裸足で歩いただけで足裏が真っ黒になり埃だらけになった。
・椅子もカビなのか汚れなのか分からないが黒ずんでいた。
・置いてあった時計の時刻が明らかに現地時間ではなかった。
前の宿泊者がその設定にしたのかもしれないが、
掃除するタイミングで設定し直すべきだと思った。
・チェックインの女性スタッフが愛想なかった。
ーーその他ーー
朝食はとても簡易的。(マフィンや飲み物、バナナとオレンジくらいで、*料理やソーセージ等はない)

Hotel was nice, some parts of the wall inside room were torn, the shower floor was dirty and the doors had to be slammed in order for them to shut properly, but overall it was a good experience and the hotel staff was very nice.

Great hotel. Clean. Nice heated indoor pool. Room was super comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to the Music Room. Excellent venue.

Excellent hotel which has been totally renovated and they did a beautiful job. Very clean room, comfortable and clean bedding which is extremely important to me and service was very friendly. Very conveniently located and price was just right. I definitely will return.

The only thing that could have been better, was if our key had opened outside door #3, so we didnt have to walk a long hallway to get to our room
Obviously they had upgraded the room. Need to put some glue on loose wallpaper

We went to the Cape for an evening concert and spent the night at Aiden Best Western where we received excellent service and a very good warm breakfast was included the following morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and overall the stay was great! My fiancé and our child took a trip to the cape for the weekend and chose to stay here for a couple nights and we’re glad we did! It was truly comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman that made my coffee in the morning was so kind. The gentleman at the front desk was truly a pleasure and easy to work with. Lastly the bar tender at the lounge made great drinks!! Thank you for the great weekend, we can’t wait to be back.
Little constructive criticism, perhaps offer recycling and one day invest in enhancing the beds comfortability. It was very firm and didn’t give the “hotel bed” luxury feeling.
