布蘭丁艾倫旅館(Brandin' Iron Inn)

Very average aging hotel with decent beds but a lot of dust on surfaces, very expensive for what you get which is basic. Very uncaring check-in lady. We are both in our seventies and travelling with a lot of luggage for several months. We arrived around 3pm and saw about 3 cars in front of rooms. We asked for a ground floor unit as there is no lift. She said we were on the top floor and they were booked out. I can’t believe she could not change our room to save us lugging heavy luggage up stairs but that is what we had to do with a lot of stress and effort. Really uncaring and unconcerned. Bad memories of this hotel.

The women on the staff were very helpful. The man at night...not so. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and most of the town was walkable. I didn't like that our parking place in front was NOT reserved for us, and others parked there and we were bumped to a field in back. But it was a pleasant stay and I told them I would recommend their motel.

It is more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms side was good with 2 queen beds for 4 people. Property needs some updating done. Breakfast was terrible with not many options, stayed 3 nights but only had breakfast for 1 day. $300 a night is not worth for this hotel.

The accommodations were fine. The breakfast was very good. They had pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese egg omelette, fried potatoes, sausage, instant oatmeal. Fruit was peaches. Coffee was good. My husband has mobility issues as well as Alzheimer’s, so when we got to the hotel for the second night, it was about 9 pm, there wasn’t a parking space in front of our room. I dropped my husband off in the room and went to the lobby. I parked in the drive through and went in. I explained that there are no parking spaces in front of our room. I asked if it be okay to park where I parked the car? He said no and went outside. He showed me where I could park, right next to the road😳 I said my husband can’t walk that far and he said just drop him off in the room, which I already did! He certainly isn’t a people person😎 Except for this incident, the stay was okay😎

Spent a weekend at the Brandin’ Iron while visiting Yellowstone. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. He even ran out to my car as I was getting ready to pull away and park just to make sure he hadn’t made an error on our room. Room was what I expected. First and foremost, it was clean. Motel format where you parked outside of your room. We were on the first floor, which made it very convenient to load and unload our vehicle. Room was quiet - didn’t have interruptions from traffic or other guests. Hotel is conveniently located close to the west entrance for Yellowstone. Is also very close (we just walked) to multiple restaurants, the Creamery (great ice cream) and souvenir shops - which I wish I would have checked out earlier because their merchandise was about one third the cost of the souvenirs we picked up in the park. We took advantage of the breakfast. It was fine - variety of pastries, cereal, and hot items such as egg patties, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits with gravy.

The room was very run down and old. The closet door was broken, the latch on the door was broken, the air conditioner frame was loose, the refrigerator froze everything inside. They charged me $300 per night, such a rip off. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed l!

I thought the property was meticulous and SO clean. The pool, hot tub, game room and random fire pits were out of this world! fantastic place, price is good during the week, the weekends not so much! Great place with with beautiful grounds

We were disappointed with the room facilities. The toilet door wouldnt close properly, there was no comfortable chair to relax in, the only rubbish bin was in the bathrkkm and we had to move the coffee maker a ross the room as the lead was too short to reach the socket where we found it. The motel was convenient for the town, there were lots of eating places nearby and it was close to the west yellowstone park entry gate
