斯基蔻馳酒店(Stage Coach Inn)

此飯店位於科羅拉多州西部市中心。牆上掛滿了動物，看起來很質樸。有一個漂亮的游泳池。前台的那位女士很關心所有的旅客，讓孩子們在 10 點離開泳池，準備享受晚上剩下的安靜時光。早上，先生們給我們辦理了退房，並給了我們前往懷俄明州傑克遜霍爾的路線。這位女士還推薦了一個好的住宿地點。早餐不錯，適合出差。

The first room that they put us in was tiny dirty, and had a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The closet was a joke. It was maybe 6 inches deep and had an ironing board hanging in it. No room for clothes. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but I think it was stained. We requested another room and they moved us into a much bigger handicap accessible room. The lobby needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet needed to be stretched. Desperately it was a trip hazard. The free breakfast was not great as the waffle mix on the make your own waffle smelled rancid and tasted funny. We along with two other families reported it. The cream cheese also looked curdled. The best thing about this place was the lady at the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful.

The Hotel location is very good.

We divided our trip into two parts: The Northern Loop and the Southern Loop. This was a great choice as our driving distances were reduced at the end of a long day. Returning each night to the Stage Coach Inn was such a treat. Our room was so homey--I loved the Yellowstone themed decor. We had a micro, refrigerator and coffee maker. It is conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store across the street.

We were an hour early to check in but they wouldn’t let us check in even though there was a vacancy sign on. They gave us a room in the upper corner of the hotel that was VERY small. The room was very small and the bathroom was TINY. it had a vessel sink and the faucet was set back so far that you could hardly get your hands under it and when you did it got water everywhere. Very old hotel. If you stay here DO NOT stay in room 250!

This is one of the worst customer service I have seen in my life. The pictures on ******* do not match the room and the hotel has 2 different sides. One is historic (very dated and ghostly side ) and the other a lil updated ( one in the pictures). We booked the room based on the pictures only to know we were put on the oldest room in the hotel. The supervisor was one of the rudest and most inflexible person I have met. He was rude all through the stay and if you ask them a single question be ready to be on the bad side of this rude guy. He did not have the decency to apologize or take responsibility even once when we were miscommunicated for an upgrade fee of $40 which was actually $120 for 3 days. He never took responsibility and was just unbelievably indifferent to the situation. I have honestly never met a person like him and surely hospitality was not the place he should be. I would say do yourself a favor and don’t even think of staying at this property. Once you pay, your money and your peace of mind both is long gone. Worst stay ever

Room was clean but that's the only thing I can say nice about this place. Old dirty grungy carpet in halls right out out the 1970's. The main entrance carpet has wrinkles everywhere and aging from the 1970's look the tongue and groove wood on the walls around the restaurant and breakfast area are from the 1960-1970 era... for the money being charged they should have plenty to remodel, it needs it. The continental breakfast is not up to date, lousy, My wife and I won't be back.

*Front Desk/Manager: VERY DISORGANIZED! Another guest was assigned our room after we were checked into it 3 hours prior. That guest entered our room with the room card assigned to him. Very embarrassing to both parties involved. Both parties tried to get it sorted out at the front desk and we were offered another room and the second guest could have our used room. (Lacking common sense) Manager intervened and BEGRUDGINGLY apologized ONLY after my husband prompted him to do so. *Housekeeping: Cleanliness and safety issues. Two used towels left on rack upon first checking in. Room door needed to be pulled shut in order to engage lock. After sightseeing all day, returned to room and found door left unsecured and ajar after housekeeping serviced it. See attached photos of the mold in room and my sister's room had a hole in the mattress. DISGUSTING! *Breakfast manager was so friendly and polite. A ray of sunshine. Thank you! Location: Great.
