Great hotel with great value for your money. The location is very close to the highway in route to Boston. The rooms are nice and clean and the amenities are great. All in all a great stay for a families of five.

There were a bunch of uncontrolled children running the halls and all over the parking lot. This had gone on for days and the hotel should have kicked them and their group out. The hotel itself is dingy and in need of updating.

Booked for 3 adults and was expecting one bed and a sofa bed but got only one bed in the room. There was no option to change at the time of check in. It was my worst experience ever.

Esta super bueno, lo unico q en la noche colocan el aire en auto y se apaga cuando se enfria el cuarto y hace calor e interrupe el dormir.

Hampton Inns are always clean and comfortable. Only issue was heater blows directly on me while sleeping. Had to shut off heater during the night. I will stay there again because Hampton inns are great.

It was in the middle of a "technology" complex and catered to business professionals. It was a very good place to stay especially on weekend when it is not overcrowded.

We ran into a lot of traffic driving almost 4 hours but didn’t realize we would be marked a no show if we didn’t call the hotel. We needed to wait 15 minutes for an audit to complete before getting keys.

Literally one staff member was working the entire length of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights, not once was housekeeping done. We had no fresh towels. We tried to swim, only to be kicked out. Loud rooms with the location near the highway. Poor quality of everything and an incredibly AWFUL stay!!!

Walls are too thin. We could hear everything all night long. We asked them to address a group of middle schoolers who were running the halls until 1:30 am but either they didn’t or the guests ignored them.

For a Hampton Inn & Suites, I was disappointed with the accommodations. The staff- was exceptional!!! They were very polite and attentive. This by no means is a reflection them - they gave a great experience! The hotel room just seems outdated. Outdated furniture. Outdated TV. Refrigerator froze my food after just one night. Nothing to write with - no pens, no paper. The typical ammenities were not there. Plus I kept getting woken up for running water in the bathroom!! Sounded like it was gushing from the sink. Just not worth the money at all that I paid.
