波士頓旅館(The Boston Inn)

This is a horrible motel. Nothing works. It's a huge disaster outside. People lingering in the parking lot smoking pot stinking the place up. It looks as if they are changing mattresses, vanities and furniture, because it is piled high in the parking lot. Pool has no water. My lights don't work inside my room at the sink. Plugs don't work. Bathroom is so hot ta as if it's a steam room.

Worst hotel that I ever stay at. Kill two Cockroahes the two days that I was there, Security Chain on door broken, Ceiling tile ready to fall, window had no lock on it, room was dirty, no made service and employee informed me twice that I am move my vehicle so that they could get at truck in. Do not stay at this hotel.

Very old and worn. Nothing on wall but old paint. Dryer in bathroom, but no mirror. Mirror outside bathroom but no light. Holes in walls and traffic very noisy all night long. Poor breakfast. Horrible mattress and bedding. Unsecure lock on door.

Room had no hot water. I was advised upon check in, however had traveled 6 hours and no other rooms available. During the night while I was in bed an employee entered my room using master key, waking me up in a panic. Employee stated he didn’t know the room was occupied and wanted to check on the hot water situation

I made reservations for a non-smoking room and the only room they had was a smoking room that was very small no hot water the batteries doesn't work in the remote control towels and wash Rags still has hair on them from the person before me I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel

I like the cleanliness of the hotel it was one of the cleanest hotels that I stayed in.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

Exelente servicio

When I got into the room, the heat was not working properly. The staff member came right over to check it out. He immediately moved me to another room, which where the heat was working great. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating.
