勞德代爾堡韋斯頓Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Weston)

The staff were unfriendly and the advertisement was misleading. My daughter put her credit card on file for incidentals and it was charged multiple times. The hotel did reimburse her but it should have never happened. Instead of being apologetic about things, they were unfriendly. I will not stay again.

Na chegada por volta das 10 pm, tivemos problema com a recepcionista que não informou que o elevador estava quebrado e nos acomodou no 3º andar e não atendeu nossa solicitação para nos alocar no 1º pavimento. A atendente foi muito ríspida ao nos responder e nem se dispôs a nos auxiliar com as malas.

They did not clean my room one day! I hanged the "do not disturb" sign while I went to take breakfast, and it was for just 20 or 30 minutes, no more; then I went out of the room for all the day. At evening, when me and my family returned, we noticed that the room was not cleaned. I call to reception and they mention that the sign was on the room, so that was enough for avoid the cleaning. I explained that the sign was there just for some minutes, but they said that I doesn't matter as they make only one attempt to clean the room during the day. That is very disappointing as I have more that 20 years traveling and I also used to be a Marriott Bonvoy member before the pandemic, an this is the first time that I heard such type of argument. I can't imagine what happen with the people to decide to sleep late... in that case they never clean the rooms?

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was amazing, honestly one of the best that I have seen in a while. But the cleaning is terrible, the walls were dirty in the room. The cooktop in the room was full of grease. The room had a weird smell like mold. The area is really nice, and calm. The pool is small, good for kids.

O atendimento foi excepcional. Desde a gerente Melinda até o sr. responsável por nós fornecer os berços dos bebês. O quarto não estava tão limpo como gostaríamos, já que as crianças engatinham e andam bastante, mas ok.

Muito bom hotel, ótimo café da manhã estilo americano mesmo! De todos q fiquei em Weston esse foi o melhor!

The day i arrived the elevator was out of service and continued to be that way my entire trip, And the television was inoperable the entire length of my stay and on top of that the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

Fatal, nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto, y dejaron las toallas encima de la cama, de forma descuidada dejaron la puerta abierta

El hotel es agradable pero las habitaciones muy oscuras. El desayuno es bueno. El sofá cama es espantoso, tiene todos los resortes salidos es super incómodo. Mi hermana tuvo que irse a dormir a otra parte porque no pudo dormir en él
