維多利亞大廈酒店式公寓(Victoria Mansions Hotel Apartments)

Very disappointed with the accommodation, outdated, cold,not worth £280. We had a pub table and 2 computer chairs as a dining set, the blinds wouldn't open in the bedroom so they had to be pulled up or left closed,not good really when you're on the seafront ,the bedroom furniture is so mismatched its unbelievable couldn't put the heating on, no hot water,the draught through the window was ridiculous. We were charged £280 for 2 nights for this shocking accommodation to which we had to leave after 1 night as we hardly slept in the uncomfortable bed,all we had was an apology ,no refund offered,will definitely NOT recommend these to anyone!!!

Stayed in the Pierview apartment for 2 nights with friends for the Wales v England game. Perfect Location, less that 2 mins walk to the weatherspoons and parking available for 1 car per apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 double and a twin. Clean towels and bedding all provided. Kitchen adequately supplied. Only flaw we noted was toilet flush was very sluggish, tissue could take 2 or 3 flushes to wash away. Would defo stay here again for the price and location.

Stayed here for a 3 night break absolutely beautiful apartment, very spacious and great location. You have to check in at the Smiths Hotel Lovely man on reception when we arrived and checked us in on the Saturday. Same can't be said for checking out! manager blocked our car in had to ask twice to move it when she eventually came didn't once ask if we had a nice stay etc not really the service you expect at a 4* plus and the break wasn't cheap. All in all a lovely apartment and great location
