Holiday Inn 艾爾斯伯裏(Holiday Inn Aylesbury)

The hotel's renovation proceeds well, with the vast majority of the building looking very smart with excellent facilities. I had to point out to the hotel, as is the case in many hotels globally, that changes in facilities and policies leave all textual information (eg. the online guide, menus, notices etc) out of date. I read the small print and asked for everything it promised but was not present. I asked for the missing sofa bed, safe, bathrobes, chocolates etc. The staff work tirelessly but are short handed for the task. While I was there new staff were being hired so all these matters are being addressed. I am indebted to duty manger Raj KC who went above and beyond in helping me cope with my problems, as an elderly man with fading eyesight and hearing, and medical challenges typical of my age group in Britain, in sending a 30 kilogram item I bought to the North West. I very much appreciated his advice and assistance and wish him all the best in his future career.

Great amenities for the price. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast buffet well appointed. Staff keen on giving excellent service. Pool big enough for a quick dip. Highly recommended for another business trip to this region. Only improvement: fill the salt grinders.

We have just spent a very pleasant weekend away with our friends here. I can recommend this Holiday Inn without any hesitation. Every member of staff was so helpful with a lovely smile. Diedrie was very helpful suggesting places to go and even asked other members of staff for more ideas, unfortunately we can’t remember other names, they were all brilliant. As for the food, it greatly exceeded our expectations, so well presented, it was super. Raj, the deputy manager was equally pleasant and really helpful when we asked questions. Out rooms were big with large comfy beds, really slept well. We will use this Holiday Inn again when in the area.

A really nice and clean hotel that had such a spacious reception. The desk has a taxi phone which was a lot better than trying to get an Uber. The room was fine and again very spacious. The couple of things I get the Hotel to work on. Make clear signs at the front for an Electic charger. I found out the following morning there was one in an overflow park. This is not the first place one would park if it isn’t busy. The second thing is breakfast is a different rate if you book on the day. Super important to book the night before.

Holiday Inn are always a very good standard the staff are what makes the difference you will not be disappointed, at Aylesbury Jivin who is on front desk, greets you with a smile and is always friendly and helpful, the duty manager is friendly and goes out of his way to help customers and can be seen too look after his staff. this shows the professionalism at Aylesbury.

The best Holiday Inn in the UK!! A huge thank you to Heather in reception and Antony in the restaurant you have looked after our large party of 14 extremely well. Our party consists of ages 2 to 96!! And we have had a great time creating memories. A bout shout to the housekeeping team for all their understanding and speed in making us feel even more comfortable. Rooms are clean, spacious with good quality soap, shampoo etc. very high standard. Nice walks near the hotel, even a canal.

We are a french family visiting the UK. Your hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable for us. We eat in the restaurant very delicious food (I recommend chicken curry) and your staff member Hafsa is very kind and patient with us. We are a bit worried about speaking English as we are from abroad but Hafsa listen to us and she’s very respectful and make our stay wonderful. Thank you so much.

The stay was excellent with all our needs being catered for by Raj and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and Raj went above and beyond on our special occasions, we look forward to returning again. Mr and Mrs G Cawthorne

Very comfortable room. Loved the size of the bed, huge! Really excellent lunch in the bar. I appreciated the free wifi that was seamless whilst I took some zoom calls. Beautiful hosting from Raj, many thanks.
