Nice clean hotel,friendly staff.slightly over priced in my opinion though.

Lovely hotel and nice breakfast

Todo bien excepto que estuvimos mas de UNA HORA esperando a que nos sirvieran la cena , una vez solicitada. Nos costó 2 y media horas cenar. Exquisita.no es de recibo el tiempo esperado. Poco personal en cocina. ?Poco personal en sala ? Hubo un instante que nos planteamos levantarnos e irnos. Aún así la cela exquisita

Wij hadden een grand luxe kamer geboekt van 65m2 voor een redelijke prijs. De kamer was fantastisch, niets op aan te merken. Het hotel was ook zeer goed onderhouden en alles was pico bello in orde.Top. Het 5 gangendiner met bijpassende wijnen uitstekend en het ontbijt ook top.

Afternoon tea!! I just had the most disgusting tea st this hotel. Teapot was brought - without milk which I eventually had to ask for - ten minutes before food arrived so was stone cold and then the most disgusting plate of food!! Arrived. Not a single cake on the plate - everything was made of plain wobbly blancmange type squares which all look similar with absolutely no taste. No china here only thick small white cups etc. . I used to love this hotel but it’s sadly is lacking in many areas including the service. The milk jug was placed on the table by being grabbed around the lip - not by the handle - windows were so filthy etc. would not recommend afternoon tea here.

Could be an amazing place again with a bit of nudges. Suggest getting food in Westport which has very high quality restaurants and lots of ideal food choices. The location of the hotel is fantastic though and you will get great views to Clew Bay.

C'est un hotel pour les mariages, si vous tombez avec des personnes venant au mariage, il n'y aura pas de tranquillité. Les portes de chambres claques et personne pour remédier au bruit. Pour un hotel de standing, c'est pas terrible. Le restaurant est tres bon, le personnel du restaurant est parfait, mais nous avons été décu. Le rapport / qualité prix n'est pas au rendez vous

Estuvimos alojados en la Master suite, debo decir que la habitación era hermosa y amplia, muy cómoda. Lo que no me gustó fue que al momento de llegar nos informaron dónde estaba la pileta pero cuando llegamos a la misma nos dijeron que no podíamos ingresar con mi hija. Unos días antes de nuestra llegada nos enviaron un correo diciendo que los niños solo podían entrar a la pileta determinados días y horarios, un tanto ridículo en mi opinión. Si no querés alojar niños mejor dejarlo claro en la página.

A wonderful weekend stay with excellent food, top class service from a team of very professional and courteous staff. We are looking forward to our next visit in the coming months.

We have been quite a few times now on their “special breaks”. Every time treated royally. We preferred to eat in the bar as we loved the ambience and menu to the more formal dining room. Loved the pool and it’s so convenient to go into Westport from its location. Every time my partner sees one of their “special 3 day breaks” he is raring to go. Great location and beautifully comfortable appointed rooms. We will be back!

Great to be back or last stay my wife was hospitalised due to a virus, I was well looked after by staff

The hotel itself feels elegant and grand and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. However, any time anyone closed a door, it sounded like a slam. We booked some treatments at the spa, and while the staff there were all wonderful, the spa itself is in need of updating. The hydrotherapy pool area was like a gym pool. Restaurant was pretty good. Service in the bar was fantastic. Easy walk to town center. (Downhill going there, uphill coming back.) If you can look past the looks of the spa, the treatments are well worth it.

Fantastic property in a great location. Service was perfect and no issues at all. I would recommend this hotel and this area to anyone who's visiting west Ireland.

Very good hotel. Comfortable, clean. Generally very good service. Spa area was excellent. Bed in our room was not good.. had been damaged, sagging and creaking one side. At check out reception were understanding and apologised - assured us maintenance would resolve.
