Eu precisei sair um dia antes do meu check-out o atendente foi muito atencioso e concordou mas o Trip disse que o hotel nao concordou e acho que isso foi a Trip para não devolver o dinheiro e fiquei muito chateada

Worst place ever. About the worst room I ever had. Smelled when we went in. Shower was moldy, cabinets were dirty and drawers didn't all close. Rug had stains all over. Hallway was dark and dingy, rug dirty. I would absolutely look for another hotel nearby.

Room was dirty on arrival. I had to clean it myself. Adjacent customers were constantly smoking. No enforcement by management. Its supposed to a be smoke free hotel. I requested to be moved to a second room which ended up being roach infested. Complained to Asst. Manager Manuel about the toilet not being clean, the sheets with hair, the floor not mopped, cabinets filthy with roach droppings, and he told me "This is not the Plaza hotel maam, this is extended stay". So, I said to him "that's your answer to my complaints". As a member of management, he needs to learn customer service skills. Rude, terrible customer service, terrible representation of the company. The building is filthy. I called customer service and they refused to give me the district manager phone number. No accountability by the company or its employees. They just take your money and don't care whether you sleep in a clean and healthy environment. I asked to break my contract and they had the audacity to charge me a penalty fee. I should get the stay refunded completely! Horrible!!! Don't stay at this hotel!!!!

The manager and staff here are very friendly, and very helpful. Enjoyed my time here. Any time we needed something, they took care of it. We got to kno the staff on a first name basis and it made our stay here more personable

I've stayed at this extended stay several times over the past few years. I especially like this hotel because of its location; On route 10 with access to stores, variety of dining options, & easy access to other highways. There's also a mall nearby (Livingston) & close to Morristown as well. I also like the cleanliness of the hotel (both inside & out) the coin-operated laundry (washers & dryers), vending machine for cold drinks/snacks, and full kitchens are a huge plus! In the past, I have enjoyed a hot breakfast in a small room where you were able to sit down comfortably. But now (since covid!) there's no hot breakfast, no place to sit down, and a grab-and-go breakfast of pre-packaged food! Hey, covid's over! We've all gone back to work! But there still charging (now) higher prices for the rooms, since Biden has taken office! My qualm (first one!) with my last visit was that when I asked for plates/silverware/frying pan/saucepan...for my room before I got there...I was told that they were all dirty and because they were "short staffed" I couldn't get these items until maybe, the next day! So why am I paying for a hotel now that has a kitchen (which I want!) but I can't cook in it or sit down with a plate and silverware and eat comfortably?? I'm forced to dine out at a restaurant...... I might be looking for different option the next time that I stay simply because, if I have to dine out somewhere else why should I pay more?

1 star is generous. The general manager of this roach motel, Jasbir Singh, is a shady, lying, vile slum lord. His own employees told me that he's notorious for forgetting what he's said and lying to guests... I experienced this first-hand. I called to check availability. I spoke to Jasbir, who confirmed his name during our conversation. I asked for a military rate. He said they don't have one, but he'd give me a courtesy discount price of $452.76/week. I reconfirmed his name. The next day, the woman with whom I checked in called Jasbir to confirm the discount he'd promised me. He told her he didn't remember having such a phone call. She gave me the discount anyway. A week later, I went to the front desk to pay for another week, but was told I'd need to speak with Jasbir to get the same discount. The woman told me to not pay anything until I speak to him. However, Jasbir was never around when I was told he would be. This happened when I tried to pay the next week, too. After I'd been there 2 1/2 weeks, another manager called to ask when I am planning to pay. I told him about Jasbir's discount, and just like the women two different times at the front desk, this manager told me to talk to the elusive Jasbir Singh. That same day, I finally found Jasbir. Trying to be a succinct as possible, my conversation with Jasbir went as follows: He yelled and screamed and told me he never spoke to me on the phone, blamed his employees for making mistakes, and called me a liar -repeatedly- for saying that he and I had a phone conversation he'd forgotten about. HE SAID HE DOESN'T GIVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT BECAUSE "I DON'T GIVE A SH*T ABOUT THE MILITARY." He demanded I pay the full rate for the past 1 1/2 weeks I'd been trying to track down my discount, which I refused based on what he promised (and principal). When he knew that he had no more cards to play, and I'd proven that he'd made a mistake, he even threatened to call the police. All of this unnecessary drama because he either forgot what he'd told me or he did a bait-and-switch. Judging by the unprofessional manner by which he addressed my issue, I think it was the latter- he was just trying to get me to pay significantly more for the 1 1/2 weeks that were due- the 1 1/2 weeks that I was lead to believe I'd be paying the rate promised to me. An hour after this conversation, I went to the front desk to retrieve a package that USPS confirmed was delivered earlier that day. Jasbir refused to give it to me. Jasbir Singh is a deranged little bald man. 2 other guests have told me that this establishment either did the same thing to them or to someone they know. The place is also constantly under-staffed. Jasbir Singh is a dirty, lowlife swindler. Record every conversation you have with anyone at this place, and DO NOT EXPECT THIS BUSINESS TO HONOR THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU.

Between improper billing and no response from management to fix it,a room key that just stops working, and just arbitrarily getting tossed off the internet makes this and unpleasant stay. I have tried speaking to management on site but only got so far. Technical support for the internet issues was sort of ok but lacking. It should be as simple as this. I was charged improperly refund what needs to be refunded. My key should work for the length of my stay and the internet should be accessible for the length of my stay. I shouldn’t have to constantly go down to the front desk to get these issues taken care if repeatedly or told you have to come back and speak to the manager. It’s just not a positive experience

This hotel chain offers good pricing for extended stay. I paid about $75/night if you book 7 days or more. At check, the front desk staff was friendly. The the problems began. Service: The checkout process was a disaster. I paid for 2 weeks up front and I was told to come back on Friday to book for the next week. Well I decided not to extend another week and asked to be checked out. I was told there was a balance of $220 due. I asked what was the reason for the balance because I paid up front for 2 weeks and during my whole stay I wasn’t notified I had a balance. General manager was there. He couldn’t figure out where the balance was coming from but he still demanded me to pay because that’s what the system said. I again refused to pay since there wasn’t an explanation. Manager got upset, ripped my receipt and threw it in the trash. The next day I noticed they charge me the $220 anyway. I ended up disputing with my bank and got my money back. I’m sure they will not allow me to stay there anymore which I can care less. Hotel: the “breakfast” área smelled like urine. There were dirty clothes on the floor and was told they were from a homeless guy that left them in there. Breakfast is stale coffee that had coffee grounds in it and those packaged muffins you get from Walmart and some granola bars. Carpet on hallways was so dirty and the hallways smell like **** (I’m a **** smoker myself but not indoors). I could tell there were people that have been living there for a long time. When their door was open I noticed piles of trash everywhere in the room. Housekeeping never went to my room even after I asked multiple times. I stayed at Motel 6 that was cleaner than this. The rooms have a kitchen with a stove and a dishwasher. You have to request dishes from the front desk. I wanted to eat some cereal. They were out of bowls so they gave me a plate. ESA is a hit or miss. You either get a nice clean hotel with good service or you get some trashy looking hotel with attitudes.
