懷特霍爾速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham White Hall)

We went to breakfast and there was no coffee, no milk for cereal. OJ tasted terrible. Only had waffle mix, 2 small muffins. It was as about 8:45 when we got down there and would not get husband coffee. They did get milk for cereal. Not much for breakfast

Sheets had stains,bathroom had mold!Then after check out they call to tell me the alarm clock in room was messing and I will be charged $50 but it was never and alarm clock in the room

The check in process took forever because the guy working the front counter did not know what he was doing. Once he was finally done with that I went to my room and got ready for bed, had my do not disturb sign on the door and he came to the room and knocked loudly so I answered. He told me there was an issue with my card and the payment did not go through, so I called ******* and they told me everything was fine and there should not be any issues. The bath tub was covered in a layer of soap and grime, so I had to wash it before I even took a shower.

The bed was a spring mattress and the pillows are down but it was a good stay all together

Great place, attractive, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions with a smile on their faces.

Was not happy that our non-smoking room was surrounded by smokers. The hallway at our end was smokey smelling.

The pool was closed due to part being on back order. Kids were looking forward to the pool.

Pool broken, maid entered room while I was dressing after we requested extended check out upon our arrival, she entered the room and started cleaning

I was disappointed about the roach infestation
