希爾頓歡朋酒店-白宮(Hampton Inn White House)

It was a good experience. Room was clean. Only problem was there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. I did tell the person at the desk at check out… he apologized and hopefully it was take care of. Breakfast was the usual fare but sufficient.

The king suite had very poor lighting. All the lights were very dim. TV had closed captioning on and the remote wouldn’t change that. The hot tub was less than desirable, more like a Luke warm bath. They said there was no way to turn on the jets, so we skipped it all together. Otherwise for our purposes there it was just fine.

Check in was flawless. All the staff was very friendly and smiling. Any thing i needed they were there to help. The room was great

Overall it is good. Lot of stains on the chairs that i suggest cleaning. Breakfast: scrambled eggs could better.

Property was clean. Bed was a little firm and was squeaky when you moved. Needs some upgrades but overall ok stay.

We had to stop due to the storm. The entire staff was so accommodating with everyone

Opened the pullout bed to find VERY dirty sheets that have not been taken off. The shower was dirty as well as the floor.

The comfortable bed and bedding, simply outstanding. Considering the multiple ways in which criminals are using to get into hotel rooms, I was very glad I brought my security door stick. Using it, I felt more confident in my safety. The spaces on either side of the door and at the floor are exactly what criminals use for ease of access. I put a towel on the floor by the door to seal the space and I hung garments on the door hinges to block those spaces, too. Please, make the effort to seal up any spaces to avoid any possible security issues for your guests.

Happy to stay here. Front desk was very helpful at check in. Beds were very comfortable. Halls had a very fresh scent. Breakfast was plentiful. Coffee was great
