巖石山木屋貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge)

Overall the experience was very nice. It's not a fancy hotel but it is very warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly. The room felt quite clean as was the bathroom. I gave 4 stars only because since COVID things have changed and they don't do room checks as they used to do before COVID but, still very nice. The bed to me, wasn't the worst but not the best in comfort as it felt a little springy. The room was super quiet though. They also provide an excellent breakfast choice in the morning. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends or strangers.

I liked the staff. They were nice. The assistant manager was kind enough to refund our next 3 nights after staying there for one. They do their best with what they're given. That's the end of what I liked. The room was clean from what I could see, bed was made, spacious enough. Would have made it work if it was around $100 a night or so. But for $180-$200 a night, some things were just too ridiculous. I should have taken pictures. The bed, was hard as a rock to me. I get some beds are firm, but this was ridiculous and felt like it was upgraded the last time the bathrooms were. Which had to be 20 years ago. The bathrooms. Oh boy. - First of all, very cramped. You could have taken some square footage out of the room itself and made the bathroom 10x better. - Second of all, who puts that small of a toilet in a bathroom unless you absolutely have to? It was 19 inches off the ground (I measured) - Third, the shower head was literally at my shoulder. Was this room made for dwarves? What am I missing? Fourth. Neither the sink or the shower drained properly. The icing on the cake was the elevator being out of service due to a "new wrap" being put on it (at 12pm, one of the most busy times) and we had to carry all of our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to leave. At least the maintenance guy was nice enough to carry some of it. Like I said before, not a staff problem. This owners simply needs to fork over the money to properly renovate the building. Do better.

Excellent stay in Whitefish, MT. Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge is great. Great staff, happy, friendly, helpful. Clean facility all around, fantastic breakfast choices. Good sized room for two adults and two dogs. Very welcoming to our fur babies. We will be staying at Best Western in all our future travels. 🐶💕🐶

Enjoyed our stay. Fireplace unfortunately didn't work in our initial room but the alternate room was very nice (although the group in the meeting room prevented sleeping in on our last day).

Excellent customer service from check in through check out. Clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to and from downtown Whitefish, although it's less than a mile walk.

Likes: Rate is reasonable. Location is convenient. Don't like: gave us a handicap room. Nor bath tub, hard to take a shower.

The staff was warm and welcoming! Every night they had snacks for the guests, such as fresh popcorn and a variety of nice cookies!

We stayed for two nights in February. Breakfast was great and one gentleman in particular was excellent in there. Only complaint is the maids were chatting quite loudly outside our door one morning before we were up.

Great service! Lots of fun extras: a well-supplied game room; chili available every day for apres ski; wonderful breakfasts with variety every day; popcorn and cookies available any time; tea/hot chocolate bar, and a coffee bar. I was glad there was a fitness room, but it was very tiny. A sign there said capacity 13, but there's no way 13 could fit there - even 3 people would feel crowded.
