The overall experience was good. Parking was little scarce, especially with a trailer. The floors were swept in our room, but I don’t think mopped in a while or not good. My daughter spilled some water like a couple drops I wiped it up and it was black. So we just wore our shoes in there. The beds are firm, but seemed to help my 2week long sciatica I have been having after sleeping in the past hotel beds. They are pet friendly which is great. No questions asked. However, the hall on the pet side smells of pee I think the carpet needs to be removed and made like the room is. Also, there isn’t a real space for dogs to go pee. There is rocks and some **** patches around the parking lot in the back. Quite a bit of traffic around there.The guest service was nice. No complaints there. The hotel was nice, what I saw. The people were nice. One of the male housekeepers thought my daughter was struggling with the room door as we loaded the cart and he put a wedge in it for her. Didn’t experience much there’s since we got in late. Can’t rate anything around there either. Maybe Tim Horton and walmart which was worth the stop. 😆 those are the only place around there we went. Overall I would stay again.

Great spot to stop for the night after a late flight in….lovely service and greeting when I arrived and departed. Sidhu offered excellent service at breakfast. Now off exploring breathtaking Yukon. Thanks

Room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioner was the quietest we have ever experienced in a hotel room. The rooms appear to have been updated/remodeled, but the over all property felt very old. No complimentary coffee in the morning available in the lobby/common area, so you must leave the property or use the in-room coffee options.

There was some guy in the lobby half naked and cracked out and screaming they offered us nothing and just acted like nothing was wrong especially when the police came and had to take him away in hand cuffs they still seemed to think everything was normal HORRIBLE

Stayed here before, stayed again, it's a place that will give you rest if you are driving on the Alcan highway. Reception is not too friendly behind the plexy glass wall, I saw now effort to clean the snow outside of the property (but again, it's the arctic winter). But the fact that the paid breakfast place inside the building did not open at all, despite us specifically asking the night before... upset me since it set us back by an hour+ to get back on the road.

Very nice motel in downtown. Within walking distance of shops and attractions. Attached restaurant was a bit overpriced in my opinion but the food was good. Would stay there again if we're in the area.

The concierge we were greeted by was rude, sounded judgemental and was reluctant to use my husbands credit card for the reservation in my name under my maiden name. As well as the beds here are the absolute worst. Feels like we wre sleep
