My stay was good, check in was a little slow as clerk didnt know how to charge my account right even though my room was paid online ahead of time. Needs some training on wat to do when customers pay online

Elizabeth, the front desk lady, was wonderful! Very accommodating and supportive when we needed something. The place was very clean, and I really appreciated that as well. The lounge area was comfy and inviting. We will definitely stay there again.

This place is clean and classy. The elevator is not "scary" and I can tell it's well maintained which I need!! My room was super clean and the bed was cozy. I've stayed here before and I'll be back!!

Easy check-in, super clean, quiet, and a great breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room was well laid out and equipped with all the basic needs. What more can you ask for.

I am disabled so the initial walk from the lobby to the accessible room was long. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful roll in shower with chair was a big help. Everything was spotless. Nice people. Check-in super easy. Will stay again.

Check in was great! Friendly service and helpful staff. Beds were not comfortable and the heating/cooling system made a terrible noise anytime it would turn on or off and kept us up ALL night. Even with the system turned off the room was stuffy and needed to circulate the air. We did not notify the staff only because it was on other reviews about the loud systems in the room.

Wish there had been a hot tub, and the fire outside going. some staff didn't talk! The 2nd morning there was a lot of stopping we could hear above us.

I was disappointed that they did not have a whirlpool. I guess we missed that in the amenities listed. That is our fault. The facility was very nice. Clean and comfortable.
