海菲爾德酒店(Highfield Hotel)

Went here for breakfast, which for me was nice. However one of our party was vegan and while they had a breakfast option for her there was no hot drink option as they didn't have soy milk. Find that a bit archaic in this day and age, with the thousands of people that are lactose I tolerant ir vegan.

Well what can I say amazing place , stayed for a local event, staff are fabulous I had a medical problem and staff were so helpful , (sorry about that)☹️, food and drink great price , rooms modern and clean , the only thing I could say is all rooms need a fan it was so hot , definitely stay here again, thank you again highfield hotel

Good local pub with rooms, doing good honest food at great prices. Staff are friendly, rooms are spotless, what more do you need when working away from home. Plenty of parking and a great location to get into city centre. No frills, excellent honest accomodation

Visited on 21/01/23 with friends for food and drinks , the staff were very welcoming and friendly , the food we ordered was delivered quite quickly and was well presented and Hot , nice clean environment we were served by Alex very professional and helpful will definitely be back :-)

We booked the Highfield Hotel for a short break, to visit family and friends. It's our first time staying here, but it wont be the last. Check-in was faultless and easy, with a friendly member of staff. After a recent refurb, the rooms are beautifully decorated & very comfortable and even though we we only stayed for 3 nights, our room was cleaned every day and was nice & fresh when we returned each day. Breakfast was a fab selection and the food in the restaurant was very reasonably priced and good sized portions. The only negative is the exterior is looking a little tired and the windows definitely need replacing for double glazing, but that didnt prevent the room from being cosy & warm.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and modern and comfortable. The only issue I have is when I pre-booked the breakfast was £16 but if you paid at the hotel it was only £7.99. The breafast was not worth £16 but nothing was wrong with it. The dinner was excellent value and good size portions

Love this hotel. Nothing is too much for the staff. Rooms are always well maintained. Highly recommended.
