威亞爾頓威利旅館(Wiarton Willys Inn)

Quand nous sommes arrivés au motel, les propriétaires nettoyaient une chambre (voisine de celle qui nous ont donné). Les matelas, boxspring et sofa était sortie dans le parking, parterre... on ne sait pas poser trop de question sur le moment mais on a vite compris! Dans la nuit je me suis fait piquer par plusieurs PUNAISES DE LIT (total de 10 piqûres). Quand nous avons ouvert la lumière ils étaient dans mon lit! Nous avons appelé les propriétaires pour qu'ils viennent voir. Ils n'avaient pas l'air surpris... la proprio m'a dit que c'était à cause de mon chien et que c'était la chambre petfriendly. Nous lui avons montré une punaise que je venais d'écraser et elle a confirmé que s'en était vraiment. Qu'elle savait c'était quoi car ils en avaient déjà eu dans le passé. Au final ils nous ont mis à la porte à 2h30 du matin! Aucune excuse des propriétaires! Nous avons du nous trouver un endroit pour dormir, à cette heure là et à ce temps de l'année, nous n'avions pas beaucoup de possibilité et à des prix que nous n'avions pas prévu. À notre retour, nous avons du nettoyer tout nos effets personnels et bien nettoyer la voiture pour être sur de ne pas ramener de punaises à la maison.

Payé 200$par nuit pour une chambre qui en vaut 80$ max ayayaye. Tout est vieux. Nous avons meme pas pris de douche tellement ce n'était pas invitant. L'aire climatisé a tout trempé le sol. Frigo ok micro onde ok pas de cafetières. Matelas super confortable. Robineterie a changer. A notre arrivé on a eue nos clefs chaw by . Aucune explication ou quoi que ce sois. 45 minutes de l'entrée du parc de la penincule de bruce

The owner was somewhat disappointing. The add says 24 hour concierge. I called early in the day to imform the property that we would be coming in late, as my husband would be getting off work later than expected. Also it is a 3 1/2 hour drive from where he works. So when I was about 45 minutes away I called back to let them know we are soon to reach. Asked for a small discount as we would be leaving by 6. He says he has been waiting forever for us to arrive. So we were only going to be there only 4 hours didn't make much sense to pay full price. Once inside the room and check it over the room tidy but dirty.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Recent renovations, but not completed with care. Good basic accommodations.

The family was very helpful and good to us. They helped in every way to make our stay good. Nice people

Room has been updated, but some of the work looks to have been a DIY project. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. TV could have been a little bigger, but not a deal breaker.

My credit card was charged before we even arrived, not sure if this is in the fine print but I've never had a hotel charge before we even checked in. I had to call the owner a few times for him to come to the office to grab my key. When we first got in the room it looked clean, once I started to get settled I noticed there was some brownish liquid that had dropped down the side of the sink that wasn't cleaned. The sheets didn't look cleaned or changed from the previous guest. The pillow case was stained yellow the sheets had yellow stains on them. I was travelling with my family so I had little ones with me, there was only a handle lock on the door, no security lock no secondary lock. I moved the mini fridge in front of the door for the night. The outside of the building looked clean tidy and well maintained. Tons of grass for the kids or dogs to run and play.

The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful when I ask him the weather forecast for the day after! I recommand it! And the small city of Wairton is charming!

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Rooms were clean and neat, with decent beds and newer fixtures in the bathroom. It would be nice to have had somewhere to hang clothes, and a coffee pot, etc. in the room would have been nice.
