威爾克斯巴里競技場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Wilkes-Barre Arena)

All staff members were extremely nice & helpful. The hotel is very clean & gives a calm feeling as soon as you walk in. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the view is great, and it’s very quiet at night. All around, I would recommend this to anyone staying in this area !

Horrible experience. The fire alarm went off over and over for an hour when we were trying to get to sleep. Then the smoke alarm was blinking brightly for the rest of the night. Slept terribly. Mistakes happen, but management did absolutely nothing to compensate those affected by this. We complained at the front desk and were blown off.

Stayed one night on a long road trip. We arrived late and left early. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

I usually live staying at Courtyard properties. The one in Bethlehem PA was fantastic. This one was nice too but the one in Bethlehem was more friendly in the sense that the staff would make you a cup of tea anytime and not charge you. I miss the continental breakfast in all the courtyards. This one I stayed in the last 2 days was very clean. They were cordial and courteous but the one in Bethlehem was warm and inviting.

Courtyard Marriott is becoming our hotel of choice when traveling. Consistently good. Wilkes-Barre location was satisfying.

Had a great vacation here check in an out was a breeze the room was nice an clean the only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t have a option to have our room cleaned or trash taken out daily other then that I enjoyed my stay an would definitely stay again

Everything about the property was outstanding

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. Room price has definitely gone up. On the other hand if you want a very clean and comfortable place to stay this hotel is the one.

why the bar and restaurant were not open on a Friday night was puzzling. No Water in our room...Complete rip-off! Room carpet was dirty. First and last time we stay there.
