Good place, clean and good service

Vraiment basic comme chambre mais confortable pour le prix. La personne à la réception ne devrait pas y être… Il a fait la job mais avec un acceuil très froid…

Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, aucun micro-ondes dans les chambres.

Other reviews talked about their renovations and cleanliness but I didn't think it was great. My daughter was scared to lay down on the bed. It wasn't filthy but it wasn't really clean which just grossed us out. We only stayed one night and just needed a last minute placed to sleep.

The front desk stuff was so nice and showed extra care in helping with anything and just very socially nice! Room was clean, it was a nice place to stop and sleep along our journey!

The hotel itself was nice, clean rooms and most of the staff was pretty friendly. However, the check in person for the night shift could use some retraining in attitude, wanted to extend my stay and when I asked him, he told me to come back the next day in the morning, he could have done the process there but didn't wanted to. I also had some issues with the key cards and when spoke to him, he responded aggravated because my mom had the same issue and had spoken with him before. He threw us the new keys on the desk. Also, the rooms could use their own microwave, having to go to the lobby to use one of the ywo microwaves there is rather inconvenient.

Our room had a clump of hair on the side of the Matress and there were little black flies everywhere. We got there late and had been traveling all day. I am in a wheelchair heeling from ensuring and needed to get my foot elevated and lay down so we chose to sleep in our clothes not to expose body parts to the conditions and went to sleep. This is for your information I am not usually a complainer but this was extreme.
