威廉斯堡中心歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Central)

The hotel was great, the room was nice n clean, had air conditioning and plenty of room. I loved the shower and the breakfast was really good and offered a variety to choose from. Not only had coffee in my room but coffee all day long in the lobby.

Clean, bfast was limited but fine. The room didn’t have a fridge, microwave, safe or full size ironing board. All of these things are usually standard. They did bring a mini fridge at request after checking in.

The property definitely needs a face lift. Was shocked to find that we had to request housekeeping to deliver fresh towels and empty the trash cans. We also had issues with the toilet constantly running and it was difficult to set the water temperature for the shower.

They have decided to refresh room on request only. Therefore no trash removal , clean towels, cleaning, etc unless requested early. As a past Diamond member we will need to explore other options

This did not seem like a "standard" hampton hotel and seemed like some of the cheaper brands: days inn, comfort inn. No fridge, room seemed old, carpet dirty

I had an emergency situation that prevented me from being able to travel and needed to reschedule my stay for another night and my request was not accommodated. I was charged for the stay any way. This is unacceptable during a pandemic. It seems that profit matters more than public health, for this establishment. I will not stay at any Hampton Inn, ever again.

We booked a 2 queen room, were “upgraded” to a king suite with a sofa bed for 5 of us. The sofa bed was so old, it was unable to be slept on. It was bowed in the middle, bent on one side and you could feel every spring and bar. On top of that, we had no TV service. We called and were told the signal was fine so they didn’t know why it was happening. The staff on duty said she would check into it. I went down to the lobby over two hours later (almost 10pm) and asked about any updates (same woman, was sitting in cafe area talking to another employee and was visibly annoyed that I was following up). She came to our room, looked at the tv connections and said “I guess you wouldn’t want to be moved this late?” Two hours before when I called I would have moved but no. Not now. So ridiculous. Pool was great. Location was not bad. Stay was terrible.

Had not received payment from ******* and now double charged! No receipts were able to assure any correction would be received. Have to wait and see!
