We booked on Orbitz which noted Pet Friendly and Breakfast Included. Upon arrival we learned they no longer include breakfast and charged a pet fee. The manager waved the pet fee at check-in but then later charged our credit card. Bathroom was dirty with stains and the shower curtain was bent. Then the heater started rattling at night so loud we couldn’t sleep and just turned it off.

Service was quick and easy. The room was tidy but reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedding had cigarette burn marks on it including on the comforter and linens. We turned on the bathroom fan to air the smoky smell out. Other than that, the bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was warm water and working A/C. For how cheap it was ($60 per night), my partner and I were satisfied.

Check in process was easy. Front desk clerk was very nice. However, the room was absolutely atrocious. Water damage in bathroom. The tub was dirty and curtain was moldy and dingy. The bath curtain rod was completely broken in half. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on the sheets. Seriously spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

Initial room had huge cochroach on bathroom floor. The A/C and air quality was awful. I asked for another room. The room was cleaner and the air was cleaner but the A/C unit was noisy. I could not sleep with it on so turned it off. The walls were paper thin. The floors above were shaking from the noise of the adjacent travelers. Very noisy.

They advertise free breakfast but the only thing served is coffee and juice. They were all very friendly and took care of any concerns immediately and were happy to answer any questions. It was nice having a big trash can outside the room as we are a family of 6 and had a lot of trash with all the food consumed by 4 children, especially with no breakfast being served.

We got married an got the room for a family member so they wouldnt drive home after drinking but thry never checked in and the hotel wouldmt give us our money back. Kept our money an no ine stayed there.

The staff for the most part was really nice! Gave us the towels and things we asked for. Canceled the second room upon arrival because we ended up only needing one. My biggest issue was maintenance and cleanliness. The pull out only had a flat sheet and blanket no pillows or fitted sheet ,so the sheet wouldn’t even stay on the bed. The bathroom had a moldy smell as soon as we walked in that continued throughout our stay and the ac above toilet was leaking soaked the toilet between uses and anything near it like our spare toilet paper roll. There was roaches and the chain on the door was broken! People around the area was loitering late at night and it s was pretty creepy. The people above us made lots of noise throughout the night and day.

We were just there for the night in between theme parks, and the stay would have been perfect if not for finding a small cockroach inside the tissue box as one of us went to use it. That put a damper in the whole nice, as we were left wondering if there would be more.

First room wasn't even cleaned & ready, 2nd room the fridge was off had to pull it out & turn on the power cord that it was plugged into! Other than that, it was basically a bed & shower. .........
