Great service and experience! Front desk reps Whitney and Alex were very thorough and friendly! Villa was clean, spacious, comfortable. 2 bathrooms. Favorite was the large tub! Wifi and TVs available were ok. Toaster, pot, pans, utensils, and dishes were available in the unit. Towel service requested through text, brought to the villa, very efficient. Text message communication for any needs during our stay is brilliant. Pool, awesome. Activities area wonderful. Beautiful establishment. Great location.

The stay was awesome. The staff was great. They were very responsive through text. They were apologetic for the fireplace issue and gave me extra time to pack up. Thank you.

Soon after checking in my girlfriend stepped on a 3-inch rusty nail that was protruding from the flooring in the walkway to the kitchen. We immediately reported this to the staff that was on duty at the time. The front desk agent seemed like he could care less. It was also reported to the front desk staff on the day of checkout and was advised that a member of management would be contacting us. It's been over a month and no one has called us. I would not recommend this property due to this experience. Luckily for us and them, my girlfriend was up to date on her tetanus shot and the puncture did not get infected.

The stay was great overall. Im not sure if we were near the house keeping or not but someone constantly walked the floor all night thumping and bumping. The staff and maintenance were awesome. We had two situations and they came right away to take care of us. Truly pleased! Will come back again for sure

There was mouse dropping everywhere we looked and the cleaning wasnt properly done, we had little children with us ages 2 and 7.

The resort is amazing comfortable and spacious. The condos are beautiful and very comfortable and roomy. Only problem we had was we added tome to our original reservation and had to move condos and our keys didn't work several times and we had to ho to the front office several times to get our keys fixed

Nice resort we had issues from them changing over the locks we where locked out of our resort a few times which was and inconvenience and it felt unsafe with the outside door taped . But over all it was ok

Highlights of this property say “family friendly”. Multiple parties in the complex we were in. Loud, obnoxious, no parking available because of the parties. People were parking on the road. Notified front desk, nothing changed. Loud music, lots of foot traffic in and out of the complex, with slamming doors. Unable to sleep due to all the noise. Will not stay here again.

Check in took multiple people and almost an hour because clearly front desk are not trained. I have stayed here for years and this has never been an issue until recently. I checked out two weeks ago and my deposit is still being held, not sure who isn’t doing their job but my ticket is not closed out because I still haven’t gotten an email saying my ticket was closed out so therefore my deposit it being held. Sloppy and disappointing. They lied to some older ppl telling them there wasn’t a first floor option for them when the resort was EMPTY and you could tell there were plenty of rooms available in obvious units because no cars were there day or night. Stating to dislike this resort. Maybe that’s why they didn’t upgrade to Hilton

The condos are beautiful and overall everything is very nice and well cared for. Only issue we had was after adding to our stay we had to change condos which was kind of annoying

This was a great place to stay very clean. The reason for the four star overall rating is because it states there are an arcade/game room however there was not. My boyfriend and I are kids at heart and that is one reason I got this place. We were kinda heartbroken but we still had fun

It started out great but then we decided to add another week because we loved it so much. We were told wed need to change condos because the one we were in was going down for maintenance soooo after three trips and 45 minutes we were finally put into a new condo which is up four flights of stairs to makeatters worse we can back today to find that after walking up all the stairs our keys weren't working.

The rooms were clean and spacious but that is where the compliments end. The hot tub was useless and not relaxing at all. We waited until 9pm in the hopes of relaxing for a bit and were unfortunately unable to. About 2 dozen children were using the indoor pool which was absolutely fine except that the parents were allowing them to use the hot tub as an extra pool for jumping in despite adults trying to soak quietly. We even mentioned it to the front desk and were told Security would be down to fix the situation. Security waited 45 minutes until 9:55 and simply told every one including us that it was time to leave as the pool closes at 10. Upon returning to our rooms, we were greeted to the sound of screaming children and stomping both in the room beside and above us until well after 11. If you are looking to have a relaxing hotel, this is probably not the best option.
