Booked at a discount but still about $250 per night, plus parking. Very disappointing. Room was clean but more at a Motel 6 level. No bedspread or extra blanket, uninspired b/w sketches on the walls, no "Colonial Williamsburg" ambiance, defective TV remote, cramped bathroom with no tub, carpet that appeared threadbare, and no housekeeping until 3pm. Reasonable if under a hundred a night but at the prices charged? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This hotel allows you to be near the historic area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant.
Upon arrival, they asked me if I had a vehicle to park. I said that I did not since I came by train. Yet they charged me $15 per day for parking. When I complained, they refunded the charge. I never should have been charged in the first place.

Hotel is quite nice on the exterior, but the rooms are in need of a good cleaning. Especially in the bathrooms there is much need for an update. Location was perfect and enjoyed the walking distance from all surrounding activities.

The Williamsburg Lodge is so conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg and The College of William and Mary. It is the only place we will stay. The Lodge is beautiful. The staff is friendly, helpful and incredibly service-oriented with the goal of making your stay one to remember.

Had a great experience at this full service hotel. Parking is across the street. Layout is a little convoluted. My wife had to ask for directions 3 times finding her way from our room to the front desk.
Staff friendly and efficient. Rupert the porter was exceptionally good. Will stay here again.

We were here for an annual weekend stay with college friends and The Lodge was a great place to be. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and the Tavern for drinks at night. All staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Recommended.

We have stayed at this property a few dozen times. They are now charging for garage parking which was a surprise.
Gift shop had limited items. Bar was closed during the day. I understand it wasn't their fault. Valet was not called back yet. We love visiting Williamsburg! It is our favorite city! Housekeeping was top notch.

This is our second stay and we enjoyed our time there. It is convenient to walk Colonial Williamsburg and they allow dogs which makes it easy to take them back to the room to rest. Quiet hotel also. Traditions serves a great breakfast buffet. Only issue is the bathroom could look in better condition for the price.
