Thanks for a great experience - very comfortable, clean and quiet. The playground was nice - the kids loved it? Nice pool, grills placed around the resort, friendly staff, helpful, VERY close to Busch Gardens!

Absolutely stunning rooms/ furniture and kitchen appliances. Didn’t wanna leave the room. Fireplace was a great add on too! Stayed on ground floor,- so was an easy access to a patio area.. would definitely recommend!

Easy check in. The rooms were in excellent condition and made it a home away from home experience. Felt very comfortable and relaxing. My family enjoyed the game room above the registration area.

The resort staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to many area activities. The workout and gaming area are among the best of resorts we have stayed at. The unit was nicely furnished and designed. Each bedroom had a TV. Three drawbacks are: 1. The train track right across the street - not too bad, but noticeable.; 2 - The sound of other guests is a bit annoying. Music, walking, snoring, etc. can be heard from the guest above the unit and beside the unit; 3 - There was no channel guide for the TV and the QR code one did not agree with the TV.

Great location, some updates are needed to this resort. Loved the fireplace but the living room/kitchen area was pretty small. The check-in staff were very hospitable but tried to get us to sign up for their program/package with Bluegreen which prolonged the actual check-in.

So are all timeshares the same? What you get with a Wyndham property, do you get with RCI or Bluegreen? In our experience, no. If you are a Wyndham owner who dumps your unused points into RCI, DON'T!! The cost of our stay at this property was a $195 exchange fee PLUS a $100 cleaning fee. Ouch! And I was told by the desk clerk at check-in (this is a Bluegreen property) that this is standard with RCI. The resort itself is attractive on the outside, but inside the room was a cave, a shotgun style room with one tiny window in the kitchen looking out to the public walkway. Really. The back of the room was a sliding glass door in the bedroom, no door to close for privacy. I suspect this was a hotel at one time. And NO BATHTUB in the bathroom, just a large shower, no glass door to close so the water splashed onto the floor outside the half glass door. The 1-bedroom suite has a shower only, and we like bathtubs! This will NOT be a property we stay at again, especially thru RCI. Do not use RCI Exchange, For the price we paid, we could have gotten a nice Airbnb or VRBO place, or a decent hotel. Very disappointed, never again with RCI.

Very nice suites. Great value for the price. Close to Busch Gardens (5 min drive). We also love the game room at the Clubhouse.

Noisy thru walls of unit. No Tv channel listing, bad reception, wifi slow, light comes into front bedroom all night. Air hockey table broken paddles.

I had paid in advance, but when I got there I was told I had not paid and was charged twice. On the up side when I returned to the desk it was corrected, but I felt rushed at check-in when I was trying to explain I had in fact paid. Our room was LOUD. You could hear the people upstairs from us.
