Absolutely loved this hotel. So much to do and the kids loved the pool. Grilling are was really nice to. Staff was top notch. Cleaning ladies couldn’t understand me but them seem nice

There were roaches in one room. One of our rooms had no remote for the tv. One elevator was out our entire stay. Staff didn't even apologize or offer any compensation for the problems. Would not recommend to anyone.

A couple items were broken(dishwasher and mirror light). Items were missing from room (utensils) but were replaced same day. Had to request room service and poor job was done (did not refill anything in the kitchen - coffee, dish soap - and only gave us 1 washcloth). When asked to provide us with another washcloth, they took the one we used so we still only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. This was surprising as we have stayed at this location before and had fabulous service.

Very clean! The hotel also apeears to be really new! Kept up nicely and decorated well. Nice breakfast and eating area. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The kids loved the pool and breakfast. They rated the breakfast sausage a 10 out of 10. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you!!!
