Such a cute place to stay, and not far from nashville at all! Only stayed one night, but will definitely return.

Tru hotel in Franklin Tennessee was conveniently located for our weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The trash container next to the front entrance was over flowing for 3 days. I finally asked to have it emptied, and they did empty it. I also told them there was trash in the parking lot, but that was never addressed.

I walked in to check in and was asked for my card for a deposit. Swiped my card and for some reason they refunded the card and then ran it again through the system when I booked not really sure why. Then we go up to our floor and the carpet smells like mildew it was terrible. The room was clean. But our key wouldn’t work to go in the gym and the worker said he couldn’t get in either so that was disappointing. Then at 8:30 in the morning the day we were checking out the cleaning ladies just walked in our room without knocking while 3 of the 4 of us were still sleeping. I have stayed in some pretty sketchy hotels and this one was one of the worst ones. Location was awesome for what we were doing there but that’s the only good thing I have to say about it. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there ever again.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes or so and when someone arrived he was rude and started arguing with us. He was snarky and didn’t treat us properly. He even told us we didn’t have to stay there. Very disappointing to be treated this way as a Hilton honors member. We will not be staying at another Tru by Hilton again

AC and fridge made whining noises. No closet was odd but ok for one night. Room small. Bed super comfortable, soap, etc dispensers cool idea but you need two hands to use which is difficult. Loved the fun and comfy lobby area and variety for brisk fast but muffins pancakes did not taste good. Could not eat them. Live the good 24 hr coffee bar.

Beautiful, modern property with kind & professional staff. I loved that the fitness center was 24-hours, the breakfast went until 10am, and they were able to accomodate our need for late check out. The refreshing hand soap, body wash & lotion (in eco-friendly containers) were simply the cherry on top. My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return should we visit the area again.
