威利斯頓羅斯福酒店(Roosevelt Hotel)

Tried to check in around 9:00pm, they said the room wasn’t ready and to come back in 1 hour. Came back in 1 hour and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. By this point we were really tired so didn’t shower. Got up around 5am to take a shower, couldn’t shower due to the faucet handle missing. Very unhappy.

The first room smelled of cigars & mold. I changed to a second room on a different floor and it smell the same but not as bad. After driving for 18 hours, all I wanted to do was rest. The smell kept me up and I didn’t get much sleep. The front desk clerk said that all the rooms smelled musty. The room number plaque was on the floor, not on the door or wall. There breakfast was under cooked. There was no eggs, and nobody at the front desk to talk about this problem. This was at 7am. I will be coming to Williston on business once a week, I will not book this hotel again!

The property was in need of updating. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had a leak and the paint was peeling off. The continental breakfast promised during reservation was not served on Saturdays??? The staff was not friendly nor professional and I will not be saying here again especially since there are numerous other options in the area.This is not a "QUALITY" Inn!

Stayed overnight. The first thing we noticed when we checked in was that the parking lot looked shabby. The room was small, but the beds were reasonably comfortable. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The floors were tilting. It was supposed to come with a breakfast, but when we arrived at eight (Breakfast from six to nine), the eggs were gone. We left and went elsewhere. The problem is that the owner has no staff except one young woman who was polite and helpful but without the tools or staff to do a good job. We felt sorry for her. Unless there is no other place to stay, stay away from this place. Had I checked TA first, I would never had reserved a room. My only conclusion is that Choice Hotels is in the brink of going out of business.

Rough around edges. Room needs good cleaning. AC unit has not been dusted for awhile. Dining room counters to be re-purposed, and installation and finish is in complete. Hall ways are dark and dingy. Room floor fells like it has multi layers of carpet. Small room. Dogs in another room barked when you walked by door. Not told that rooms were pet friendly. When reception questioned. Reception’s gave differing answers. Outside patio area, tables in disrepair. Tables in Gabezo were filthy. Gazebo is in disrepair. Patio floor cracked and heaved causing tripping hazards

Filthy disgusting terrible hotel. I would feel more comfortable sleeping on the ground outside. The entire facility is in disrepair and has the dirty feeling about it. Everything is over priced. Their “market” is limited to say the least. Macaroni and cheese, skittles, off brand everything. A small bag of cookies $2, literally for an ounce bag of cookies. Ritz crackers removed from a box. I cannot believe that Choice hotels allow this filthy hotel in their chain.

My worst stay in. Hotel ever! They had no quarters for the laundry room, the had no dryer sheet to buy. I couldn’t understand the employees at the front desk. Their English was so bad I couldn’t communicate with them. I asked to buy dryer sheets and she left and came back with an arm load of bedding. They overcharged my credit card by $30. Worst stay ever.
