The hotel is in a good location but exiting may a bit of a problem. Breakfast was just ok. The room was pretty nice but bathroom needed an upgrade.

Rooms need to be refreshed every day not every other day. Even when it was supposed to be cleaned the maid took the tip I left but didn’t make the bed or supply new towels. Also, the propped the door open and left it like that without any staff in there which is a real security issue.

This Hotel was conveniently located between the ILM Airport in Wilmington and where I was working, plus it was convenient to several quality Restuarants for our Business Dinners after a long day in the Office. Clean, nice Pool, polite Staff and at a reasonable price.

The room that we were given (216), had a TERRIBLE urine odor and stains on the carpet from previous pets. After going to dinner shortly after having checked in, we returned to the room and the odor was unbearable. In addition, there was a live cockroach on the floor in the bathroom, which we killed using a kleenix. We reported the issues to the front desk person on duty, and he gave us a small spray can of deoderizer that is usually used in a time-released spray mechanism in bathrooms, so that we could periodically spray the room. He also told us that the building had been treated for bugs three days prior.

Close to downtown, quiet, clean, safe, with a kind staff. The full kitchen was nice, as was the indoor pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay at this property again!

Cockroach in the hallway and the bathroom...mold in the bathroom....the amenities are very convenient but the cleanliness is lacking and the building is old...if it wasnt for that it would've been a great experience

The people were so friendly here. Breakfast is nice, with hot and cold food. Equipped full kitchens and a pool, hottub and a gym.

I did like breakfast offered. The eggs were Not good. There was Not a bigger variety of breakfast offered. The coffee was Not good.

The location of the hotel was close to everything very convenient. That was a Plus!! But when I asked for a pet friendly hotel I didn’t think I would be put in a lower budget room, where the room from when we 1st checked in had a weird smell. We went and purchased air fresher and cleaning products but the smell, a strong Piss odor would not go away. Carpets nasty, and in need of a good shampooing. If the room or floor is for families with a pet the rooms need to be cleaned Better because just because you have a pet don’t mean you should be put in a nasty room.

Reasonable, clean place. Nice amenities and very sweet staff. We check in here once a year before a week-long backpacking venture at Cumberland Island. The same associate checked us in, and she's always nice and professional. The breakfast is good. Thanks for the hot, fresh cookies in the evening!

My husband almost didn’t stay the second night due to how broken and gross it was. The showered looked like someone has been thrown against it and it wasn’t clean. We won’t be booking again with this hotel.

Easy check in, helpful staff, good hot breakfast, indoor pool and the hot tub was awesome.

The rooms are always nice & clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful.

My biggest complaint is that the thermostat in my room did NOT work. Therefore when I turned the temperature down, the temperature in the room continued to rise, making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Pillows and bed are really uncomfortable it takes a long time to get hot water from bathroom sink. Overall not a place I plan to stay at again.
