Comfortable beds, nice and clean. Good price. The only downside I found, is that you can hear anything taking place in the hallway.

My friend and I stayed here for work and it was great! It was quiet and the staff was so nice. Also, the beds here were probably the comfiest beds I have ever been in out of all the places I have stayed in my life (and my friend said the same thing about her bed)!! Checking in and out was easy too. 10/10!

I had.familty we and had to leave early and they would not give me my money back because I had to pay in cash because of there credit machine being down. If I paid with credit card I could have gotten my money back

There were only two wash towels for two guests staying when in my opinion it should have been four. I needed two for myself one for my face and one for my body. Maybe this sounds silly but those are my preferences. Overall the staff was nice however it could have been a little cleaner in my room

The location was in a goood spot. The beds were somewhat small for two adults to sleep comfortable.

We have stayed here at least once a year, sometimes more. It is convenient to Uber from to go downtown. Perfect distance to Wrightsville and Carolina Beaches. The property has been undergoing major renovations. It is much nicer than when we first began staying here; however, don't plan on sleeping in or napping in the afternoon because of the work being done on the building. The parts that are complete are beautiful and don't have that old smell anymore. And even though the one elevator always says it's on floor 6, it's not. The noise of the elevator just adds to the excitement of traveling. The evening staff are super friendly and nice. The morning staff seemed bothered to get off their phone to assist. The morning noise of other doors slamming shut in the hallway and the elevator dinging were annoying. You will hear everything happening in the hallway. The breakfast is decent, regular hotel finds like waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal, and coffee, etc.
