Excelente servicio

The stay was welcoming but the jacuzzi hot tub was not working and that was a big disappointment cause that what my family was looking foward to. And thats why we booked the room for the stay..

We had a great time! Although it's a minor commute to San Antonio, we enjoyed the countryside with its wildflowers growing everywhere. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool; towels nearby the pool were a plus. BBQ pits and picnic tables were available and clean. The hotel overall was neatly clean. We loved the breakfast as well. The staff has done a great job keeping the inside and outside of the hotel presentable and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive to any needs and requests. Definitely rebooking in the near future. Thank you.

We chose this property for it's location, (nearby family). The room was clean and modern, the pillows and mattress were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, nothing over the top, but free. We are late risers so it would have been nice if breakfast lasted until 10am, but that's our problem not theirs. We were there attending to a family emergency, so we booked one night at a time, the front desk accommodated our requests and kept us in the same room the entire stay. Overall, we will stay here again and recommend this location.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel was clean. My only issue was that the elevator was loud and I could hear the noise in my room. It was very annoying because I’m a light sleeper.

The front staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable but that was the extent of the good. The elevator made a loud noise and when looking at the compliance record it was past due for inspection. The paint was chipping off of the walls in the room, poor maintenance repairs in the bathroom. The was no water pressure or hot water. There was not enough lighting on the room itself. The lamps were covered in rust. The hot tub was out of order. There were kids screaming in the hallway and parents hollering at them and talking loudly to each other.

Aside from the hot tub being broken and the pool being freezing it’s a nice budget property

Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs wonder if they even change sheets. This should not happen if they are washed thoroughly after each guest vacates. Even the most basic of breakfast was atrocious, juice machines were basically just water. The place was just dated, water stains and mold on bathroom ceilings, broken drains. The owner of this facility obviously is not concerned with upkeep. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but I would have been better off sleeping in my truck.

Loved how comfy the beds were and how clean everything was. Staff was very friendly.
