Los pasillos a los cuartos huele horrible, el cuarto también tenía olor desagradable y nos salió una Chinche en el edredón, la aplastamos y estaba llena de sangre, tenemos fotos y lo único que hicieron fue cambiarnos de habitación y decirnos qué pena. Escogí este hotel porque estaba bien calificado y resultó lo contrario

Excelente hotel para llegar de paso a San Antonio. Nuevo, habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas y baño muy amplio. Ampliamente recomendable por el precio que se paga.

This could have been a 4 or 5 star review. However, we had an experience that cannot be overlooked. We stayed here for three nights. On the second night, as we were going to bed, the front desk called the room and said, "when you parked your car was it already wrecked?" No it was not. So my husband went downstairs to meet the police. There was footage from the security camera that showed a truck hit our parked car and drove off. But the worker on duty did not have access to zoom in on the license plate. So the police will have to come back when a manager is on duty. The next day we were stranded at the hotel until the rental car people could come and get us in the afternoon. So our last full day was wasted on car stuff. But no one from the hotel checked in with us to see how we were or if we needed anything. No one followed up at all, not even at check out. I had to ask if the police had come back to view the footage. Any time I asked about it, the workers would say "oh. I heard about that." But that was it. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service/care that the hotel showed to us. Now, it wasn't all bad. Morning breakfast was great. They had an actual breakfast where even my picky kids found something to eat. They even had dairy free milk. There is a non heated pool outside so my kids enjoyed that as well when it was warm in the afternoons.

You can hear every footstep anyone takes. Everything in the bathroom was loose. My sink was barely draining shower head was horrible

This Was The Most Embarrassing Weekend That I Have Ever Had At A Hotel. First Our Room Was Hot So We Went Down Stairs To Ask If Someone Could Come Look at The Broken A/C. No One Was Available And They We’re Fully Booked So They Offered

very pissed. i requested a king size bedroom with 1 bed only and my husband and I received a room with 2 queen size beds. there was hair left in the shower. there was trash left in trash cans. trash on the floor and in between furniture. occupants smoked **** on more than 1 occasion and literally had the entire floor smell like ****. there was dirty/nasty towels thrown outside of doors left in the hallway several times. there was trash left in the hallways also. bugs inside of the lamp…absolutely disgusting. very disappointing experience. would not recommend anyone to stay here and most definitely would never come back. staff wasn’t very friendly at all either. they took a very long time to answer the phone. when they finally did answer, they were very rude and short. our room never once got cleaned. at checkout i was asked if i wanted a print out for the receipt, i said yes. waited few minutes and then was told my receipt would me emailed to me from another source. i still don’t have any receipt. not good customer service at all
