Excellent, very clean facilities. Service was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. Staff works really hard, despite of renovations going on, the place is accommodating. 3star hotel, you get what you ⁹
Unsecure room check in procedures outside of manning hours - using a safe at the door which when opened anyone could get your room key.
Very limited breakfast.
Room was dirty: stains on bedding, dust everywhere, hairs in the mini fridge, and a sink which I wouldn't use for anything but spitting into...

It is Budget so expect a small room/bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room clean. On a six-lane highway (ear plugs for me). Stairs only to 3rd floor. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast was a bit basic but ok. Not a lot of food options nearby. It is a 15min easy walk to Hospital which is the reason for using hotel. Hard to recommend but I would stay again in the same circumstances. Price was a factor in choosing as well not cheap but the best price I could find that suited. Expect $50 taxi to airport.

Checked in after hours but that was ok. Got a text telling me how to access my key in the safe at the front door. Opened my room to find someone else’s luggage all over the bed. Could not contact anyone at hotel (number on website not connected), left messages on other number, left message on intercom at front door, no reply. No chain on the room door so I didn’t feel safe staying if someone else could access my room. I had to pay a lot of money to stay somewhere else and now I can’t even get a refund!

I have stayed many times with no problems but this stay was disappointing for the following reasons:
- Cost has increased by over 25% in the last 12 months
- Renovations are underway which increased noise during the day (no mention when booking).
- I stayed on the 2nd floor, front room this time and the road noise at night kept me awake.
- Shower soap have been changed to gel in containers fixed to the wall in shower, they are fixed too high for easy use and the container pump lid pours gel onto the container as hard to get hand close.
- they have changed the shower curtains of a very small shower to a light weight curtain that sticks to your back while trying to shower.

Generally the Ibis was great for my use. Initial staff very helpful. Room good, clean and well set out. However if you want a patrons to close the bathroom door properly when in the shower you could provide a door handle on the inside of the door.
Next morning i went down stairs handed my door key in. I then went to go into the dining room for a lite breakfast and coffee before my lift collected me. the receptionist was extremally polite and cordial by insisted i could not stay there and could wait on the blue seat out of the room. Thus i was unable to partake breakfast. I am not sure if the bandaged face due to my surgery on the Thursday making my eye site very poor or the way i was dressed or was it that i handed my key back before going for breakfast. I would hope in todays social setting your hotel is not discriminatory to someone with dressed injuries as your location was the reason i chose the Ibis due to its location to the hospital. This was a spectacular display of something disappointing that had been a very needed and comfortable stay

Do not, I repeat, do not come to this hotel! It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. We stayed here for 5 nights, and each day brought different surprises, as follows...
1. The room was never cleaned in the five nights. No towels, no tissues supplemented.
2. The room equipment was small and dirty. There was even water remained in the heater.
3. No hairdryer and no iron provided.
4. The breakfast was like charity; cereal, jam, and cream were all opened, not individually packaged. We had to ask them to refill the coffee machine with water to make coffee, and the bread had to be requested for replenishment. When asking for a refill, they only brought 3 slices. Coffee cups were always unavailable, and when asked to provide some, they only gave us two cups. On the fifth morning, there was no bread, and when we asked the front desk, they said, 'no delivery.' So there was no breakfast to eat, and the neighboring guests were clever enough to buy their own toast from a supermarket lmao.
5. Every night after returning to the hotel, we didn't dare to go out again, and the mood was heavy just thinking about returning to the hotel.
6. The sink was so small that washing hands would make the entire floor wet.
7. Every day, the reception desk was deserted with the iron gate pulled down.
8. The microwave and the dryer was extremely dirty.
9. The toilet paper was recycled, making it extremely uncomfortable to use.
10. The internet signal was highly unstable
