Clean, and has everything you need. One problem. There was $100.00 taken from my account after we left not sure why. Awaiting an email response. But it was a beautiful hotel with very wonderful people. Would love to visit again but need to find out why the money was taken out.

Stay was average. Room was clean but the tv service sucks. No smart tvs so you have to watch whatever they have on tv. The pool seemed not %100 clean. The breakfast was average also but no complains. I’m not planning to go back but if I had no other choice I would.

The front desk staff has been phenomenal! The lady at checkin was so nice and knowledgeable. Later in the evening two other ladies interacted with my four year old and made her night! The staff has really been exceptional! Our room is nice and clean. No complaints!

I booked two nights due to work and snow weather and was highly disappointed to come back after my first night to discover there was no room service.. Nobody took the trash out or vacuum or cleaned up the toilet.. Absolutely nothing!! Once I asked what's going on theu said that's their policy they only come to clean your room upon request or on the 4th day of your stay!! Also, if I want to use the hot tub or the pool I needed to schedule it ahead to see if it's possible because they only allow 15 people at a time. As someone who travel very often this is the first time in my life hearing all this policies they made up.. This is not a cheap hotel and to be able to have a free access to the amenities should be mandatory!! Not to mention cleaning the room!! This is a room with a kitchen.. If you cook or eat there.. I don't see how it's possible to maintain a clean hotel without coming to clean it and if this hotel decides to have its own terms the list they can do is let you know ahead of time so the choice will be yours if to book it or not!! What they do is when you already come to check in, they give you a printed paper with those nonsense policies they have I booked this hotel not knowing anything about it and honestly I would never book it if I did, once I came to check in I couldn't cancel my reservation and go elsewhere and that is absolutely disappointing to be forced to accept terms that should be transparent before you book it!! I will never go back to this hotel!!

I want to start off by stating the two beautiful women at the front were so amazing l, phenomenal and helpful. This hotel was clean and organized. They went down all the rules. The breakfast area was cleaned every moment. This stay was beyond remarkable and I’ll be booking again very soon. The staff was beyond my expectations!

From afar and in photos we saw prior to our stay, everything looked modern and sparkling new. But upon arrival we noticed cabinet doors were crooked, kitchen drawers were broken, the shower head had very low water pressure, and the indoor pool wasn’t heated. We’ve stayed at cheaper places with fewer amenities, yet their indoor pool was heated. Breakfast however was a saving grace, and so was the spaciousness of our suite. I’m not sure I can recommend this hotel.
