Our stay was amazing! Great location, bowling and amusement center next door. Lots of restaurants, and close to Hartford and Springfield, Massachusetts. Loved the area, caring and friendly staff. Keep up the good work!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Good - comfortable bed, free washer. Bad - horrible confusion over registration multiple times, billing issues, still not sure my points got assigned for the entire stay, no breakfast.

Not very clean. They never had enough clean towels and washcloths and there was only two people in my room. The towels and washcloths were also sort of stained. There was a foul smell in the room and throughout the hotel.
Overall the staff was very nice and the lobby and gym were in good condition.

It was quiet, which was nice. I stayed two nights in two rooms. One room had a coffee
maker, one didn’t. I wish I would have had one both times. The hotel also didn’t have very good signage.

Hotel needs a renovation of the restroom and carpet to say the least. There was a stain on the bed sheet that looked like a permanent one. Couldn’t sleep due to smell in the room.

This hotel was a good enough place to stay for an early morning flight. The decor was a little outdated, but the rooms were comfy and clean. There was a shuttle to take you to the airport and the driver was prompt and courteous. The bonus was being able to leave my car on the property for 10 days at only $10 a day.

The room was fairly clean yet when I asked for linen for the second bed( non on it) I was denied both nights! The worst hotel stay of my life! Thank Jerome, manager, to respond to me, ever!
