温尼伯西温德姆豪生酒店(Howard Johnson by Wyndham Winnipeg West)

The only reason cleanliness is rated a 3 is because our room had a smell to it (not bad, it could just be the cleaning products), other than that it was clean. It’s located on the outskirts of winnipeg which is lovely for driving out of town. The service was awesome, everyone from workers to people staying was friendly, it is a very welcome and warm environment. We ended up with a top floor room and was able to move onto the ‘motel’ style rooms, which was very appreciated. The breakfast that comes with the hotel really exceeded our expectations, REAL eggs, the crispiest best hash browns, and the toast was bacon was good too. They had an interesting cinnamon bun french toast that i’d definitely try next time. They have a pantry/ little convenience store in the lobby, and I’d say the prices are reasonable, definitely would expect them to be more. On the downside the beds are on the stiffer side, but the pillows are of good quality. this wouldn’t be my first choice to come back to in winnipeg but for the price and good meal included, it’s top #5.

Beautiful bed and place.

The room wasn't fully cleaned but was tidy. The occupants of the room beside us made so much not we got no sleep, we complained several times and the staff did their best to correct the issue and they did compensate us fairly for the issue. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The room was comfortable and we really liked the retro design. The breakfast was delicious, made to order, and free! The hotel didn’t look like much from the outside but I would recommend. Great staff. The location: easy to get to the airport and out of the city

We booked this hotel thinking that since it was a Wyndham hotel, it would be good. No elevators, the free breakfast was a muffin and yogourt and coffee was empty. When I got into the tub to take my shower, I slipped, fell and hurt my leg and hit my head on the back wall. There were no mat in the tub and it was as slippery as a skating rink. When I advised the front desk employee, she just said sorry and didn't say that she would mention it to management to prevent future accidents. No safety bar either. I don't usually criticize the hotels I stay at, but this one was absolutely not worth the big price we paid for it.

It was unfortunate that there was no elevator for my injured family member to get to the second floor where our room was. The sports bar next door had a lot of action at closing time and popping out to my vehicle was a bit disconcerting. The rest of the hotel was lovely and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was tasty and a nice way to start our day.

Property has clearly had some love put into it. Rooms are bright and comfortable. Clean property. Conveniences like Walmart and restaurants within walking distance. Young man at the front desk was pleasant and engaging. Bar was clean and fun with great food although a tad expensive. Breakfast was included and fantastic. Sever brings it right to your table. Had the bacon and eggs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Very accommodating during check in. The rooms beside me were making quite a bit of noise but were quiet by 1130pm. Did find a hair that wasn't mine and the covers of the bed while clean were clearly used. Extremely reasonable price.
