温尼伯阿爾特酒店(Alt Hotel Winnipeg)

I enjoyed staying at Alt hotel in winnipeg. The design of the room was phenomenal - loved the high ceiling bathroom in my suite, the view of winnipeg downtown, and overall interesting placement of items and textures of the room itself. A lot of thought went into the decision making of the rooms and it payed off. I had forgotten my little music speaker at home but the alarm clock had a Bluetooth speaker so that was great! The hotel is in a good location to access downtown restaurants, etc. The Merchant restaurant right next to the hotel had delicious food! The gym was nice and spacious. The staff were all helpful and rooms were kept clean! I will stay again, thank you.

Very clean and nice location. Right in downtown of Winnipeg

It was a great location as we were in Winnipeg to watch the Jets game. However, the bathroom doors don't fully close, there is no bathroom fan, so privacy is minimal. Also you can see in the shower from the bedroom, which would be good to know if you were sharing a room with a friend or family member. Lol. All and all it worked out for this stay, but we will not being staying there again. If these things don't bother you it would be a great hotel! :)

PRO Room itself upon check in is clean and the hotel is beautiful. Convenient location for our trip. CONS Staff came across arrogant and like it was a nuisance to be kind and curtious and to help us out. Lacking professionalism. Real shame for such a nice hotel that should have exceptionally respectful people as their front line. Parking was not functioning properly. We stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping and only when we asked, we finally got some fresh towels but no room cleanings including garbage piling up. Bottom line. Unless staff changed their attitudes and they offered housekeeping I would not want to stay here again. There are far more fabulous hotels to choose from in Winnipeg with exceptionally kind, professional and respectful staff.

It was very expensive, everything like coffee, parking etc. Was extra. Staff was unfriendly and unknowledgable. Couldn't get out of parkade even after enquiring because card expired and they said it wasn't. Cold industrial feel to hotel and rooms

We stayed at the hotel for a night. The staff was so helpful/kind and energetic to assist us, the room was clean, comfy, and very cute. I would stay here again. Downside, parking is inconvenient and the room didn't have a mini fridge.

I like the hotel location and the room is very nice, but my only complaint is... the room faces Portage Avenue and you hear all night long is... Police... Fire...ambulances sirens. Really disappointed
