Facility was very clean and staff was very efficient and friendly. The free breakfast left a little to be desired, just muffins and bagels, but overall a nice stay.

- café da manhã vai até 9;30 mas 9:00 já começam a tirar os poucos itens do café. Em um dia, só tinha bagel e nada mais no café! Horrível!!!

The hotel was very basic and so was the room. The room was very large with a comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was very disappointing. They only offered muffins, fruit, and bagels. A lot of other continental breakfast, offers, yogurt, oa**eal and cereal, but this one did not

The room was nice, lot TV channels and beds were good. The breakfast was awful they had two things bagels and muffins. I think they could have a little more.

This is a very hands-off hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, but not really visible. They don’t tidy the room unless you ask. That’s fine with me. I just hope workers are getting enough hours. The bed was comfy and the hotel was convenient to downtown Winston-Salem. I walked to events all weekend.

Front desk could not help me find local channels on the TV. It turns on to a list of channels, none of which were ABC, NBC, or CBS. Going up and down around those were just blank. He said “You get whatever the package is that they have.” I later saw a code to scan that was behind the Tv and it showede how to get them!
Also the continental breakfast choice was a muffin, a bagel and an orange of apple.
